I had a great experience with Your Computer Store. My desktop PC would not turn on. I popped into Your Computer Store and asked if they could take a look. Solomon said that for a nominal fee they could do a diagnostic. If I chose to have the work done to fix the issue, they would apply the fee to the work. Sounded very reasonable to me. He said that it would take a couple of hours, and he would call me with the results.
As promised a couple of hours later, Solomon called and said I had a bad power supply. He gave me the price, which again sounded reasonable to me. He said it would be done in 20 minutes. That was wonderful news. When I returned to the store, my PC was humming as promised.
Great service, delivered what was promised, and I felt very taken care of for what turned out to be a simple problem. Thank you Your Computer Store.

I came in to get a Dell screen repaired. I am terrible with electronics and Solomon was very helpful in helping me learn my devices. He took the time out to explain to me in detail the issue I was having with my device. Meanwhile I had my 6 year old daughter with me bouncing off the walls and Josh still was very polite and had a smile on his face! Lol
