1^st let me say that Kosta is a great guy: thoughtful, honest, fair, hard working, funny, charming…
As a contractor he has always delivered for me on 3 medium sized renovation jobs. 2 entailed full kitchen & bath remodels, installation of hardwood floors, paint, electrical outlets, backsplash, finishes, etc… He even helped me shop & assemble my furniture.
I would say AAA is budget but that’s just because I feel like I get the best value for the scope, speed & quality of his work. One intangible benefits of working with Kosta is peace of mind that he will complete your job according to your vision: no drama no BS.
I enjoy working & talking with Kosta & appreciate the fact that he deals with my constant changing demands with utmost professionalism. He is truly a rare find.

Kosta has recently completed 2 fairly major remodel projects for me. These remodels included wood flooring, moldings, recessed lighting throughout, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, back splashes, electrical, removing textured ceilings, plumbing, marble shower enclosure, painting, etc. I can highly recommend him for his expertise, vision and ability to execute high-​end projects on a timely basis and on a reasonable budget.
