Admit One Products

I ordered two sets of tickets from Admit One for our Relay for Life raffles. Their prices beat the competition hands down, and both sets arrived exactly when they were projected to arrive. They look professional and we couldn’t be happier about the customer service.
It did seem as though the price went up with the second set, especially the mailing, but it still was the cheapest around for sequentially numbered tickets with perforated stub and personalized info.
We’ll be using them again next year, and for any other event that we need tickets for. I would recommend them, their work was great.

Have you had a company that would provide a service to you even during off business hour? I got just that. We were doing an Halloween event and we were short of tyvek wristbands. I call dozen places, and was driving all over Orange County looking for wristbands. I drove to Admit One Products out of desperation, and the door was locked because its a Saturday. They are closed on Saturday.
I call them frantically and left a message hoping that someone would call back. Some one did. Her name is Joan. She asked me to place an order online, she will fill the order, and she comes to open the door so i can pick it up.
Talking about personal service. Talking about being there at the time when i needed most. This company is only as good as its employees and i can say Joan is my hero. Double thumbs up.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They turned the San Diego Fair into a goat rodeo. They were in charge of online purchases of ride wristbands and screwed the fair royally. They had no wifi access to verify purchases and had clerks rifling through our personal emails only to not be able to scan or verify purchases. Instead, the fair staff finally relented and began writing sku numbers in paper since hundreds of kids were stuck in line due to Admit One Products’ incompetency. This company is horrible and unreliable. Not sure why you would need them but surely there are more dependable companies out there that one could do business with.
