I was sent over from my AT&T provider to the nearest Apple location. I came to this location because it is closest to where I live. As I walked into the store the associate Alex Gonzales approached me and asked me what he could help me with with an unpleasant tone for starters. I explained to him that I was sent here because I’ve had some issues with my iPhone 6+ which I recently purchased two months ago. He replied«well can you show me». I said yes he barley let me finish explaining the first issue with my phone(there were multiple things wrong) before he went ahead and told me well all of our techs are out to lunch so you’re going to have to wait 2 hrs before anyone can help you. He told me there were 10 people ahead of me and that he wasn’t going to just let me cut in front of them yet there were at least 8 associates just standing around gossiping with one another. I’ve had the iPhone since the first one came out and up until this moment I have never been so dissatisfied with my service. I understand that not every associate might be a tech but for goodness sake I paid $ 800+ for this phone and you can’t even let me finish explains my issues. I work as a manager for a very large retail company and this is not customer service by any means. This Alex Gonzales character who«helped me» with his cold attitude and rude demeanor needs some serious training on how to 1. Listen to a customers concerns completely before cutting them off and 2. Learn to properly tell them that unfortunately there is a long wait and not tell someone there’s 10 people in front of you I’m not just going to let you cut in front of them. I will definitely not ever be returning to this store. Thank you for zero customer service Alex!

my macbook pro crashed on February 14th2016. I had 3 big homework assignments due: By Wednesday. 16th I received a call back within 15 minutes! We tried several different things to try and find my hard drive but we’re unsuccessful. I was then transferred to a CPU senior advisor Jordan Goldenberg.(Who helped me find an appointment around the area) HE is the reason I am writing this review. I took my mac book pro into Apple(Irvine Spectrum) and like magic then had found the problem fixed it, RECOVEREDMYHARDDRIVE!!!(65 fee to replace the connecting cable) and had it back to me with 6 hours! These people are the best! There is ALWAYS a line so it would be foolish to not to make an appointment at an Apple Store near you.(walk-ins will wait.) when I say near I mean i drove 35 miles in order to by pass all of the waiting. Jordan Goldenberg, Apple is lucky to have you. Not only did you help my find a back up all of my data. You’ve helped my utilize my time better, including accessing information from my Mac book pro via iPhone/vice versa. Thank you reminding me how amazing Apple is! I hope you have an amazing time on your vacay!

I had a broken iPhone so went to this store. I was very satisfied with my visit with a technical person at this store. Her name is cendus. She is Very knowledgeable, professional and patients. Highly recommended

This place is smaller than the one at the Mission Mall, but that doesn’t change how helpful people are. Everything is still organized and the layout is fairly similar which makes it easy to navigate. The wait here is the same as the mission mall. Nothing is much different besides the size of the store. The employees are still as helpful as ever!

I work at Irvine Spectrum at Nordstrom(a company that is known for their customer service) and I dropped off my phone on my break, was told everything was good to go, it would be a simple screen replacement for $ 109, and when I went to pick up my phone they said«okay it will be $ 299 for a refurbished phone.» They had done nothing to my phone, then tried to charge me $ 299 when a refurbished phone through Verizon is $ 199. Beware if you want to have your time wasted come to this location. Also have had issues in the past. Will be calling to speak with the store manager tomorrow.

I came into the spectrum location to get a quote on my crashed hard drive for my MacBook Pro, and was told there would be a 3 hour wait to be seen. I then was referred to Adam, who was to give me an estimate on the price of all the repairs. He went above and beyond customer service, in my opinion, and showed me how to remove it myself and also gave me recommendations for where to get my data removed safely. I usually have a good experience here, but Adam exemplified service and effectively helped me solve my computer issues, and ensured a return customer. I would go back to this location just because of the outstanding service he provided for me. Thank you to Adam for saving me money and being patient in explaining how to fix my laptop!

Such a helpful squad of apple employees. They were patient and helpful, and gave me lots of great tips to extend the value of their products for me. They truly are here«for the customer and the product», and it showed. My technician gave me suggestions for what he would do in my case, showed me quick problem solving tips, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to proceed. Not too busy and located at the spectrum with free parking, I’d totally recommend this Apple Store location.
