Jim is a wonderful instructor and I love this class! I definitely feel like I’m going to be ready for the state test after I complete this course! And I also love that you can come to this class as long as you feel you need to until you’re ready. I would definitely recommend!

Last night I attended Jim Frode’s Real Estate Investor Workshop in which he references/​recommends a couple of KWs books, FLIP and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. As a licensed agent with KW Irvine. I was pleased to have been invited to attend the workshop as it reminded me of one of the main reasons I had gotten into the industry so many years ago (licensed since 1989). It reignited this interest. Jim is such a welcoming and supportive teacher he invites all of the KW licensed agents to attend his licensing classes with his students. This provides a positive networking environment for both the student and the experienced agent. Whenever I see Jim in the office, he shares insights, guidance, and encouragement to KW agents whether they were one of his students or not. Experienced, positive, supportive, encouraging, and motivating — qualities of a wonderful teacher — I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking for real estate classes to prepare for their RE licensing exam.
