I could not have asked for a better person than Arnold to help me through my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
I had never filed before and didn’t know what it was all about. I called him and he answered every question I had and talked me through the process and all of it so patiently. He emailed documents to me right away and was on it the whole time. I have nothing bad to say about Mr. Hernandez. He’s your guy!

My experience was that I had a difficult slip and fall case. Before I found Mr Hernandez I had been to one attorney’s office who I eventually figured out was doing nothing and another office took my case and then turned around and dropped it. I also took my file all over southern ca. looking for help. After the verbal abuse and constant no’s I was going to give up. That is when this wonderful lawyer dropped from heaven and saved me. I should know, you will not find a better attorney to help you with your legal matter. Not to mention how extremely smart this attorney is and yet kind, calm and never haughty. Amazing! esp for a attorney. Can not recommend enough!

Arnold Hernandez has certainly helped me with unfortunately my first bankruptcy. Bring 30 I never thought this time would come, I honestly was completely embarrased of making the calls and pushed it back as far as I can. After talking to a few attorneys and being treated like I am one of the many, I found Arnold. His receptionist immediately put me on hold and in seconds I was tranfered to Arnold. He comforted me first with a very calm demeanor and I started to open up about my situation. By minute five I knew I found my attorney, it just felt right. I received the welcome pack the same day and as soon as I completed it my job was finished. Arnold is definitely someone I would recommend. I was very private with my situation to my friends and family but if the question comes I know where to direct them. I normally don’t write a review, unless its negative but this is something very serious and hoping this will help others embarrassed, nervous, scared like I was and am confident you will have the same result as I did. now I get to restart my life and not have to worry about the calls, the notices and fear of what’s next to come.
