Started training with Reanol a few months ago and I have felt great ever since! I’m fairly thin but wanted to lose some stomach fat and tone up so I looked into getting a trainer. Was recommended to Reanol from a friend he helped lose a lot of weight and toned up. Was pretty lazy before I started seeing him but now he keeps me excited and motivated to get stronger and to continuously work on changing my eating habits and life style. The routines are always new and fun so I don’t get bored. He takes your goals very seriously and will do whatever he can to help you reach them. Sometimes I go with a friend or two and we get in a great workout and have a blast! I’d recommend Reanol for any body/fitness goals!

Fell in love with fitness after being trained by Reanol! If you’re trying to get in shape BBH is for you. Doesn’t matter what fitness goals you have or any type of injury, he has a workout for you.

10 Stars! It doesn’t matter what kind of fitness goals you have in mind. From strength training, getting shredded, improving cardio, losing weight, staying healthy or just looking good at the beach this is the place to go. He gives you 100% of his effort and attention during every session, which always motivates me to achieve my fitness goals. After serving over 8 years in the military my body was feeling broken and aching. Now I feel as strong and healthy as I did when I first joined, thanks to BBH.

This is probably my 200th review for a personal trainer or gym, but hey, at least you know I have some cred when it comes to this stuff. Considering I’ve seen several trainers throughout the years(and each trainer is good in their own way), I’d like to list the reasons why I like seeing Reanol over the rest: — Semi-private gym located in Irvine, near the airport — Flat rate per session — no commitment(This is a BIG one for me, since I can’t make sessions sometimes due to traveling or work) — He’s in excellent shape himself and practices what he preaches — He has a background in PT, which is helpful to me since I have a bad lower back — He’ll show you some exercise movements that you never even knew existed. — He takes the time to set up equipment for you for super setting(trust me, A LOT of trainers are lazy about this) — You’ll always hit it hard with him(trust me, a lot of trainers stop doing this after a while) — He’s easy to talk to(unless you are out of breath and dying, which happens to me a lot) — He will keep you motived! Give him a call if you’re looking to get in shape, no matter what your fitness level. Just don’t take the 6pm slot on Wednesdays and Fridays. That’s MINE!
