C-3 Convenience Store

Very convenient, good selection, friendly staff. This is where winners go to buy diet rockstar before exams.
One major drawback is the massive line that builds in the 5 min prior to class beginning. If you fumble around with cash during «primetime», you should have to pay an extra five dollars for the cost you impose on everyone waiting behind you.

Convenient as it is a convenience store, its located right next to SSPA/​SSLH and you can grab something quick if you’re running late, but the prices are hiked. If you’re not in a hurry just walk across the bridge at UTC and grab something to eat, much better price/​value.

This is the convenience store for anyone with classes in this area. The stuff here is available in just about all other places in UCI. What makes it different though is that it’s located just far enough from the restaurants in the Student Center and the Subway in Biological Sciences to make it worth visiting.
I tried their sushi handrolls today ($ 5.39), which really was quite delicious! Granted, it was still morning time (~9:30A), so it was probably more freshly made than if you were to get another time of day. One roll was salmon while the other was tuna. Slices were generous and delicious. The siracha + egg sauce was also very good. I appreciated everything and there was just the right amount of ginger and soysauce. I also really appreciate their chopsticks conveniently located right next to the registry.
Even though the line looked intimidating at first and the location small, cashiers here are quick efficient, so I found myself checked out within a minute of picking out my goods.
+1 Star: Affordable. They also have $ 1 – 2 bowls of noodles and 50 cents Chewy granola bars

–1 Star: It is really small and when it gets packed, it’s really hard to move around inside.

Not going to lie, this place has saved my butt a few times. They sell blue books and scantrons! :) It also saves me from walking all the way to the bookstore (ha! I’m so lazy). But, they also sell little sugar pick me ups — yay for seasonal Reese’s peanut butter cup stuff! They run deals sometimes too. I got a sandwich, water and chips for $ 5. Not too shabby!
