So, I needed a few pieces of furniture delivered from a furniture company to my house. I found an old receipt from C.S.I Delivery and thought I’d get a quote from them as my receipt reflected that when I used them before, there were reasonable with their price. I called them on a Sunday evening and left a message hoping to get something scheduled for that week. When no one returned my call by Monday morning, I called them. I spoke to someone and they asked me to send Robert an email. I did so, but never heard back from him or anyone else. Throughout the rest of the week, I proceeded to call every day as well as send another follow up email. I spoke with someone named Linda as well as Robert and I was assured by Robert that he would get me in to their schedule asap, most likely that week. However, I never heard back from them and by Friday, I’d lost the entire week. At that point, I left a message asking them if they were even interested in helping me. The next phone call I received was mid day Friday from another moving company that they must have referred me to. However, it was too late for them or anyone else to help me and I would need to wait yet another week and pay three times what it would normally cost to move two medium size pieces of furniture! Not sure why this company would choose to waste my time and drag it out all week, causing a major problem and delay for me, but I have to say that their customer service was horrible!
