Worst experience ever. My order was wrong and had to wait over 12 minutes for chicken tenders. Biggest waste of money.

The morning help is so ridiculously rude. I come through just about every morning order my breakfast prior to work and I have the same couple things that I ordered and I always order no pico with onions in my Barito well I understand things happen in one morning it ended up with it when I was halfway to work already so I turned around and when I return to give it to her she just took it and threw it in the trash which is no big deal and then when she handed me a new one she said nothing not an apology not have a great day sorry about that nothing

A great restaurant staff makes all the difference. This morning I stopped by the Carl’s Jr. near work and was warmly greeted by Sujey. She definitely takes pride in her work and makes me want to come back for breakfast. She’s a genuinely nice person.

They’re charging $ 1 fee for debit card process. This so stupid. they are probably making more money from card services fee than actual food sold.

I don’t normally write reviews for fast food restaurants but I wanted to take the time to acknowledge this Carl’s Jr. location for their excellent customer service. Employees at this location really do a fantastic if job taking care of the customer– especially from the drive-​thru. The food also is very fresh here. I don’t often go to Carl’s Jr, but when I do this location is where I visit.

The Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich was horrible… Its normally good… but this time something was wrong… It had a texture of Gravel and Cement… So took the Sandwich apart and discovered it was burnt… So I call and spoke with Susie… She apologized and offered to replace my entire order…
So why the 4 stars you ask… CUSTOMER SERVICE…

3 out of the last 4 times I’ve gone here they’ve given me either the wrong order or an incomplete order. Carl’s Jr. isn’t bad in general, but this one is just a mess. The guy who usually works the drive through speaks painfully slowly, asks questions you’ve already answered, and sounds like he’s on drugs. It’s an utter crapshoot here in terms of if you get the right food. Check your bag before you drive away.
Also, be prepared for employees to dish out strained «my pleasure“‘s more than you’ve likely heard in your life. Note to management: if it doesn’t sound the least bit sincere, don’t bother.

Drive thru has pretty bad service. Every time I order here there are always a lot of questions even though I always give the size and type of drink when ordering to speed things along. Twice they’ve let me know my order would be another 5 – 10 minutes. I asked to cancel once because I had to be at work and no time to wait. That sent them into a panic about how to get my money back to me which still took 5 minutes! And God forbid I make a change or add an item, even while still at the speaker. She then recited everything back to me that I ordered and said, «You said number 3 but now u want to change it?» Wow. She guilted me as if I ruined her whole day so much that I agreed to just keep the number 3 combo… If this weren’t so close to my work I’d go elsewhere.

Jon K. Is right. I always get the same thing. #1 w/​o cheese, crisscut fries w/​small drink = $ 6.79. Today I find out it has gone up in price of 1.40. Now same thing is $ 8.20. Wow. 1.40 increase is little steep in my opinion for a competitive fastfood industry. I’ve been coming to this place only cuz it was close to work. The one on Culver has good quality and will check out if the price indeed went up there. If so, I must limit my Carl’s Jr intake.

Used to be my favourite place but the prices have gone up and food quality has gone down. Almost $ 10 for a combo meal of this quality is ridiculous to me. In-​n-​out has them beat for sure! They must need funding to pay for the sexy model burger porn you see on TV. It’s sad to see Carl’s sacrifice quality food for pretty models, crap food and a high price tag.
I don’t think I’ve ever gone in this place and had a fresh, warm off the grill temperature burger. It’s always been luke warm and the fries are cold or semi warm. I’ve reported it on the feedback form from the receipt but have never heard back.
Gonna limit my Carl’s Jr visits. Just not worth the money for crap.

This OK burger joints is not to bad the place is big inside and plenty of parking space the restroom is dirty and some of the table need to be clean I had el Diablo burger and fries is very hot and is not cheep it show in the picture is big but is not that big but it’s OK.

This place is just awful! Overall I feel that Carl’s Jr is a horrible burger establishment, the food is dried out and microwaved. Plus there is a DOLLAR DEBIT CARD FEE… SERIOSULY STAY AWAY

Ordered the grilled chicken salad and there is literally maybe an ounce of grilled chicken… a little disappointing to say the least.

Too long of a story but Maria Q. Sucks at customer service. I don’t need to be talked down to. If you hate your job, get a new one. Preferably not in customer service. Remember, I’m giving you my money for both quality food and quality service. Today both were lacking.

I’d give this specific location minus stars if possible. I rarely eat fast food but I do enjoy carls Jr. This location however is horrible. My work crew goes here for lunch at least once a week and we’ve all had horrible experiences whether it’s been messing up the orders, under cooked chicken, completely forgetting the food but still charging or extremely rude service. If you are in the area I believe there are other locations near by. I would highly advise to avoid this one. Sorry but not sorry technology location… you are the worst!

This place has the slowest service of any Carl’s ever. I don’t think they know what the hell they are doing

Right by the Shell gas station and Walmart. Plenty of parking. Place is pretty big and clean inside. They even have a banquet room!
So I only come to Carl’s if I have a coupon… decided to use the 5 Piece Chicken Tender Combo for $ 5. For the dipping sauce, I got the honey mustard. McDonald’s honey mustard is much better… the mustard here barely had any flavor and I dunked my chicken tenders in it. Chicken tender was meaty and crunchy though. 5 pieces will definitely get you full! I couldn’t even finish the whole combo by myself.
Service was pretty quick. Ordered to go, but then decided to just eat it there. Got my order in less than 5 minutes.

Food is prepared well but the service is slow, especially during lunch time. Came at 1 pm during the week and waited 10 – 15 mins before getting my meal. Seems like they’re under-​staffed.

The location is awesome, near to walmart, Costco and freeway as well ;)
Calm and big enough to find a good sit for browsing…

This location is bigger than most other locations and has a banquet room.
The staff here seems to be disorganized as they didn’t give me a receipt (or maybe the printer was out of paper) and one of the employees walked around asking me what I ordered. When one doesn’t receive a receipt to confirm what they ordered, how am I supposed to answer that according to what they think I ordered?
Other than that, the food here was fine, although the amount of extra sauces one receives here seems slightly less than other locations. They took my coupon with no issue.
