CertaPro Painters of Irvine

I recently used CertaPro Painters in Irvine to paint the outside of my house and I am extremely happy with the work they did! The owner, Ben, came and gave me the initial estimate, and I was so impressed by his professionalism. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and even help me with paint colors. I loved the fact he printed out a detailed proposal right there on the spot outlining the scope of work, cost, etc. When his crew showed up to actually paint the house, they arrived on time, made sure they didn’t mess up the plants I had pointed out to Ben, and were very courteous as well. They did an amazing job and our house looks great! I will definitely call them when I need painting services again!

Hired CertaPro Irvime to paint the interior of my house. They painted high ceilings and walls with a lot of cut iins flawlessly. The doors had an oil base paint so the CertaPro team sanded, primed, and painted the doors. Again, the doors are perfect. We are very satisfied and recommend these professionals without reservation.

Ben Robinson (owner) arrived at my home to inspect and discuss what work I needed. Ben was very thorough and promptly provided a competitive quote which explained what work would be performed.
On the agreed start date, the Certa Pro crew arrived on time to start work. The crew leader (also named Ben) introduced himself and explained what his crew would be doing each day. The crew did a great job — they cleaned up each day, worked efficiently, was polite with my neighbors and communicated their progress each day.
Crete Pro did a very good job color matching the existing paint and the overall quality of work was excellent!

Certa Pro is without a doubt the best painting company I have ever used. Ben Robinson makes the entire process a breeze. My fiancée and I have used him 3 times in a year and a half. Each time, he did not disappoint! Reasonable prices and outstanding service. He will continue to be my go painter!

Ben and his team did an excellent job painting our house. The price was competitive, they repaired all of our wood rot and gave us great advice on color ideas to make our house look great.
I was also impressed by the attention to detail, professionalism and pride in a good job that the team showed every day.

The owner, Ben Robinson, is bad. The painters are not bad but not great. I need to be on site at all time to supervise. The paint job was not clean at edges. The shutter job was poor. I need to tell the painters to sand, prime,… After finishing the job, I notice one of sprinkler head was broken. The painter did not tell me. There were 2 roof tiles broken. The owner called me to tell me that he is very busy. He does not have time to visit the job site.
Ben only showed up to submit proposal and on the first day when the job started. In my case, painting the exterior of my house, there are areas that Ben made the wrong estimate. I told painters that I wanted to talk to Ben. Ben never responded. Ben even did not come to see the job when it was done.
If a business owner does not bother to show up when the job is done or do not want to communicate with the clients during the job, you don’t want to hire/​use this person.
