Wow, I just finished my meal and I am in heaven I can see why this is a Christian Chicken! Haha.
Besides the delicious food which I did get the chicken strips and the spicy sandwich the staff was super friendly. I still can’t believe how fast they made my meal though which came handy since I was extremely hungry.
This Chick-​fil-​A gets five stars from me!

Very nice people！！！I forgot to bring my wallet, the lady in the drive through window, gave me the sandwich and waffle fries for free!

Wow amazing customer service from Adam. He overheard me telling my husband I wasn’t able to modify my order. I was going to let it go, but he totally went out of his way to fix it for me with a smile on his face.
I know Chick-​fil-​A is known for their service, which shows when you place your order, but this was another level.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and everything is always clean and on point. I’m a happy customer.

I come to this location a ton and I’ve always received great service. Talked to the owners a few times and the seem like good people and pretty concerned about the quality of the food and service. The one time my order was wrong, I told them and they jumped on it right away.

I love this place. One of the best CFA’s I’ve been to. Everyone is so welcoming. I took my 3 year old son here for the mother-​son knight for mothers day and we both had a blast. Such a memorable experience, he still talks about it!

Ok I’m downgrading my review from two stars to one, and if I could, zero stars.
I ordered a simple Number 2 meal: that’s a chick fil a deluxe with potato fries, chicken sandwich, and beverage. These idiots screwed up my order, and forgot to give my fries.
The particular idiots are the young man with glasses with a buzz cut, and the operation manager’s wife. Together, these idiots handed my drink and food at the only one window available at the drive thru.
Yes, I checked my bag prior to exiting the driveway. And after checking I saw the sandwich and sauces I particularly requested. But it wasn’t until after I got to my office (10 min drive) that I identified their mistake.
*ATTENTION MANAGEMENT*
Please retrain your employees, and ensure their due diligence is up to par. On this visit of 5÷25÷16, I didn’t even order my meal during lunch rush. So with that being stated, there is no excuse for every failure.

This rating is not for the food.
Food is standard for any fast food/​chick-​fil-​a. Rating a fast food joint on the food is like rate a rock, they all come different shapes and sizes but a rock is a rock. I’ve eaten at chick-​fil-​a before so, it’s good but like all the others…
What I am rating is the service here. I got my food promptly after I ordered and server came by to clean my tray when I was done. Everyone pleasant and smiles. Well staffed. I think they get props on that.

Nice Chick Fil A in Irvine. It’s very clean and the service is good and quick definetly would come back here again.

I love the chicken here. Unfortunately the last 3 times I visited this location they provided me with cold fries, a missing item and then gave me a complete different order. It’s places like this I love to visit but when the service gets this bad I refuse to go back.

Not again!!! At least four times now, just make sure check you drive through bags before you leave every single time!!! Missing a chick strips this time…

Sure the staff are great and all. But it was around closing time, i went in and wanted fries. Ive been to this chick fil a many times so i know what fresh fries tastes like. So when i got them i asked them to give me a fresh batch. They just dumped the old ones in oil and cooked it again. Wow. On top of that I got my order but it was a different order so i went to talk to him and he starts arguing with me instead of asking me if he can change my order. Chickfila used to be beat customer service but i guess good things never last

Best fries in the fast food game. Only places that could compete would have to be in-​n-​out our five guys but I put those in a different fast food category. Crispy chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets can’t be touched in this category. Also the selection of sauces put them in a category of their own. The friendly staff and table service is very refreshing and something we have forgotten about with current corporate chains.

I have been wanting to go to a Chick-​fil-​A for a really long time. Like years. I’ve heard so many people rave about it, but unfortunately I have never lived near one so I’ve never gotten the chance to go. After my coworker INSISTED I had to go, I persuaded my boyfriend to take me this weekend while we were in Irvine.
I knew I wanted to try the crispy chicken sandwich, so I got the one that comes with the lettuce, tomato, and cheese. I also heard the sauces were really good, so I tried the Polynesian, honey mustard, Chick-​fil-​A sauce (honey mustard + BBQ?), and buttermilk ranch. I got a lemonade as my drink.
I loved the crunch of the chicken sandwich. The bun was a little disappointing-​looking, and did not seem that fresh, but everything else was good. I felt that the sandwich was a TAD bit bland, but the sauces really helped. I also really enjoyed the waffle fries, which paired REALLY well with the Chick-​fil-​A sauce. The Chick-​fil-​A sauce was BOMB and totally made the meal like 100 times more enjoyable and flavorful. The hype is real!
I also really enjoyed the lemonade. It was their own lemonade from a pitcher rather than basic Minute Maid from a fountain machine, and it was super good! Flavorful, sweet and sour, and not watery at all. I got a refill to go for the road. So good!
Overall, I enjoyed my first visit here! Food was tasty, Chick-​fil-​A sauce and the lemonade was delicious. Service was also great, and the location was very clean. Definitely recommend!

The staff at Chick-​fil-​A are always super friendly and helpful. So much so that it almost puts you on your defenses. Defensive like «Do they know something I don’t?», «Does this dress make me look fat?», «Should I have taken the red pill versus the blue pill?»
The food is pretty straightforward. I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Fries. Everything tasted fine. This particular location was clean and my fear of getting stabbed only occupied my mind a meager 10%. For reference 40% of my mind is dedicated to my normal bodily functions, 2% is concentrating on holding back my farts, and the remaining 48% is for playing back old episodes of the A-​Team in my mind.
I pity the foo who don’t like chicken!
Oh yeah there was also an indoor jungle gym thing for the kiddies which I thoroughly enjoyed climbing through. Hey, don’t judge me! You don’t know me!

Just got home after getting some take out and they shorted me an order of fries.
There was not a lunch rush, they were not packed with customers and I walked in to make my order since I have had lots of bad luck with drive thru orders.

I’ve only come here for their chicken nuggets as my daughter likes it. It’s quick and cheap and taste like real chicken.
I haven’t tried their grilled ones but my daughter seems to like either one.

Excellent service for a fast food restaurant chain. My food was brought out for me. My coffee was brewed when I ordered one. The restaurant was clean! Staff was friendly and helpful, wish every place was like this. The food was solid, I ordered the Cobb salad but I usually get the nuggets.

Nothing but love for this Chick-​fil-​A. I’ve never had a bad experience, nor a wrong order, nor an interaction with an employee that wasn’t anything but pleasant.
Last time I visited the dining room, I noticed that they stopped putting out the sauces for customers to grab at will. Now you have to ask for them!

I rarely go to Chick-​fil-​A, and I went a couple times in February due to the free hot/​iced coffee they were giving out. Their iced coffee is delicious, as you could add hazelnut or vanilla to it. I’m not too fond of the hot coffee though, as it was really bitter when I had it. Maybe it was the end of a batch or something, but it was too bitter for my taste. And I usually just take my coffee black with no sugar.
The few times I’ve had some food from here was just their original chicken sandwich. It’s great, but what I don’t like is that it comes with 1 or 2 pieces of pickle. C’mon, I think my sandwich could use a bit more pickle than that! Maybe I’ll just bring my own jar of pickles with me next time.
Service here is great, as all of the team members are friendly and helpful. When I went to get the coffee, most of the time I’d have to wait for the coffee to brew. Once they had my order ready, they walked it out to where I was sitting to deliver it to me. Nice :)
I’ve noticed that there is always a fresh flower in a vase at each table whenever I come here. It adds a nice touch to the place, definitely.
