Dont waste your time. Dealt with three loan processors, one of wich doesnt work for the company anymore, that made the process difficult to organize. We ended up blowing through our rate lock because we were told we needed more inspections during the later half of our time frame. These inspections should have been disclosed in the beginning. In return for blowing through our 45 day rate lock, Clearpath lowered our credit towards closing cost by $ 800.00. Their unorganization and procrastination would have cost me 800.00 more dollars, had I followed through with their services.

I was referred to ClearPath by a friend. It was my first time refinancing my home and I can say that the employees at ClearPath were very professional and didn’t make me feel rushed, which was the most important part for me. In one incident I had a question about my closing costs and I called them on a Saturday, I left them a voicemail and received a call back within an hour!!! (Was very surprised to get a call back on the weekend) I think that customer service and honesty is most important when dealing with your home loan. I felt they did a superb job. I’m very thankful for what they did for me.
