Just received amazing and prompt customer service from the Clipa folks again! I had splurged and gotten a Clipa with Swarovski crystals (constantly get compliments on it) and saw that one of the stones had fallen out. Boo hoo.
I contacted them via email (I sent a photo) and they took care of the problem immediately… and I’m a thoroughly satisfied customer yet again!
In case you like a bargain: keep an eye out for their holiday deals! And I believe you can also order on Amazon too, though I prefer to contact them direct and ask about any «unique» clipa that aren’t available in huge quantities… I scored my friend a «rocky» version, which was a textured metal… so cool.

My girlfriend has many of these, she wears them as bracelets, and of course USA MADE, the rare MADE IN you no longer see as china seems to have been dominating us now, support the American made product, great gifts, for your wife, sister, daughters, etc. Perfect product for those women who want to keep their purses off the ground, etc.

The quality is top notch and it can hold up to 45 pounds w/​out a problem. The Clipa also stays on your purse strap so you don’t have to dig into your bag looking for it. You can just use it and go!
