we’ve been using coastline for 10+ years to build all our servers and workstations for resale to our clients. Probably $ 500k or more over the years. Great to work with. Jennifer, mark, ryan and the whole gang always take good care of us. Never have issues with warranty service. So much better than building our own whiteboxes. They have the «ins» with intel and the major players and its one less thing to have to be an expert on, stay certified in and pay partner fees for.

This is my new place to go in search of computer server needs. Mark and Ryan helped me choose the right server for my business. I am very happy with the Xyratex OneStor SP2424s. I feel confident knowing my data is safe and that I can count on Coastline Micro if something goes wrong. Thanks!

This review is strictly about the service at Coastline Micro. And it’s terrific. I needed to get a RS232 serial expresscard dual port adapter for my laptop as soon as possible. I tried Best Buy, no go. Fry’s did not show it on their website. Micro Center did not carry the part.
PC Mall carried similar, not exactly the model that I wanted. They said they could have it delivered to me by Sat. But once again, not quite the model I was looking for, and I really needed to get this part as soon as possible.
Mark at Coastline answered his phone before the company’s stated business hours. Now, when does that happen anymore; right? He gets a star for that. And despite the fact that he was feeling under the weather, he still took the time to help me out. I really appreciate that. He could have easily said, no, we don’t carry that part and I’m unable to get it to you when you need it, but he helped me find the part I needed so that I could get it today. Wow! That’s customer service.
I could tell that Mark was knowledgeable about computers and peripherals, after I explained what I needed, he actually understood what I needed. Many times I’ve said the words RS232 expresscard serial adapter and I’ve gotten a complete blank look from supposed IT people, so it’s nice to talk to someone who knows what I’m talking about.
