Nice enough guy but a little rough around the edges and seems generally unconcerned with details. Especially if the details are permits. We didn’t end up using him because we thought he was condescending during the consultation. He also brought up weird details about his competitors and starting talking about his political views which pretty much lost him the bid. I have no idea about the man’s expertise. He might be the best in the business for all I know. He had very competitive prices for sure.

Just when I thought I was going to freeze to death, Bill came over, gave me a great price on a new, energy efficient heating system and removed all the old stuff within hours. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Cool Air!

This company is awesome. Professional, reliable, and true experts. I had interactions with the owner, Bill, and two of his installers, Larry and Richard. They were great to work with. Not the cheapest bid that I received, but very fair!!! Thorough, diligent, clean, and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
