So I just had moved and was in desperate need of my bedroom being done. I tried to tackle this interior design thing on my own but needed some assistance. Who better to call then this design savy doll. Nana knows her design stuff quite well! I told her my vision and boy did she bring it to life. Not only did she listen to what ideas I had but she put a touch of her own style and can I just say I LOVE MY BEDROOM! She was very professional and very honest with her pricing for her time as well as what the pricing would be for her contractor. Together we all put our input in and both her and her contractor completed my room all within my budget as well as my time. Thank you so much Nana K and her business Creative Touch Design. I will be recommending her to all of my design challenged friends and family!

Nana is a very good interior decorator. I wish she would stick to that as she said she plans kitchens and hires a «contractor.» The man she brought into our home is not a licensed contractor, he told that to one of our workers. Nana insists they know building code yet a number of times my licensed contractor, doing work throughout the rest of our home, had to bring to Raul’s attention his shortcuts would not meet code. Further, Raul drilled holes into our expensive new range hood in his attempt to install it which disregarded the manufacturer’s instructions completely so now that appliance does not qualify for warranty if we have trouble with it. Raul split wood in cabinet frames with screws as he installed cabinets. Had Nana planned this perfectly the upper cabinets would not end a few inches short of the bottom cabinets. Caulk was squirted sloppily wherever there were gaps. We finally dismissed Raul from the project and Nana begged us to take him back to fix things. What happened to creating an exact plan with measurements? That was never done, just pretty computer pictures with measurements which did not add up accurately. And, why was she not protecting us, her clients? Getting the plumbing done was quite a frustration without those exacting plans. Similarly, she had the electrician move ceiling boxes he already installed per her instructions. We have had to hire a carpenter to correct damage to cabinets and improve the messed up installation where possible. Not once did Nana apologize for the damage done nor accept any accountability for the errors and damage. I should have asked to see all invoices she incurred for our home, some replacement items to repair the kitchen cost lots less when our contractor purchased them from Nana’s resource…
If you hire Nana for design stick to decorating. If she suggests any construction hire an architect for plans, hire your own licensed contractor who adheres to building codes, and avoid aggravation.

Amazing designer! I mean really, Nana is not only creative but definitely brought my vision to life. Her prices are great. Quality of her work and products are amazing. Her and her team worked fast and gave me everything I asked for plus more. I would definitely recommend her as a designer for residential and commercial! Her design work is great for high end clients and even those on a budget, great diversity with Creative Touch Designs

i met Nana in December/​January 2012. I gave her a check for $ 900 to order 5 yards of an Italian upholstery fabric. In April i asked for a refund if the fabric is not made and there is no news on it. She said she thought it could not be refunded but that she will check. That was the last communication i received from Nana. I emailed, phoned, texted and wrote to Nana but she did not respond. I asked the Better Business Bureau for help. They wrote her 2 letters and she did not respond. I searched her on the internet and saw that she has 16 address attached to her name. She obviously moved a lot. I filed a small claims court case and had the Orange County Sheriff’s
Department serve her the summon. They said the address of 14 271 Jeffrey
Rd., Irvine, Ca, her supposed place of business, is a UPS store. The address that was attached to her cell phone they could not find her either. Caveat Emptor.

I hired Nana to refinish my Great Grandmother’s antique hand carved headboard. She was very professional and she and her team did a fantastic job! The colors are perfect and I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone! Great Job!

I’ve worked with Nana on several occasions over the past 7 years. I produce photo shoots and have utilized her services on set and personally. Nana never fails to amaze me with her talent. She is a natural! What’s even better is she can create amazing designs on ANY budget. She has always been on the cutting edged of design and I will always continue to use her services.
