Gave my mom a quote for a garage door opener replacement. Told us to call him back after shopping around. Didn’t charge us for coming by. After making a few calls, I determined he was very reasonable and was available to do the work the next day. My mom was very pleased with his work.
I can’t say he’s the most refined person. Kinda gruff. But he got the job done and earned my review.

First of all, the first 2 reviews here are a scam! Clearly those accounts were created to promote this business by family members or friends. Not legitimate!
We contacted this garage professional from CY Garage Door Services. However, they did not do the job they claimed to do. Instead of completing the job, the man left the job unfinished because we «agreed» that it was done. In actuality, they claimed the job was finished, but we later found that there was unfinished work.
First of all, the reason why a professional was contacted was because my parents cannot install a new garage door on their own. As professionals, they should be able to get the job done OR provide an honest consultation from the very beginning about whether this is a task they can take on. The service repairman left our garage door unfinished and was unwilling to take any responsibility for it. The operation and execution of their repair service is certainly questionable.
My biggest disappointment is in their lack of integrity and honesty throughout the whole process. It is understandable that mechanical repairs may be imperfect at times, yet their approach in handling this case has shown me that they truly do not value customer satisfaction and service.

I always contact when I had any truble. When my garage springs need to repair, he fixed it.
I crushed my garage door in hurry to go my child’s school, so I called him.
Now he open his own business.
At this time I need to replace garage opener, so he replace new one.
