Data Mechanix

Wow! Wow! Wow! is all I can say. So a few months ago we did a boneheaded thing and didn’t do a backup on critical video files when a fairly new and nearly full 3TB WD drive crashed. We looked on the website for Western Digital and immediately sent the drive to their Premium data recovery partner. A week or so later it came back with less than a third of our media and no file names. I asked if there was anything else to be done and they said no. It took forever to organize what little they had retrieved. Then Western Digital suggested we send the drive to Data Mechanix in Irvine. Everyone figured we would get the same result. Boy were we wrong! Data Mechanix got nearly everything back, with original file names in folders. When I mentioned the few files that were still missing, they went back and tried a different method and it looks like we may have those too! We could not be happier with the results Data Mechanix was able to deliver. They rock!!! Thank you Data Mechanix. Thank you Maria. Your customer service has been stellar.
