Elite Coffee Service

Unfortunately, the mistake was made to do business with Elite Coffee Service. They have been extremely difficult to deal with, very unprofessional, and the person one must work with to resolve any issues, Gwen, is unprincipled and uncouth. Also, be sure to review any fine print on documentation they require you to sign because all of their documentation states that upon signature, your contract with Elite Coffee Service renews for 3 years. I think it says a lot about a company that must attempt to deceive it’s clients into renewing for 3 years in order to keep their business. I will conduct my business with a professional and ethical company in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would! The staff is very rude and get upset when you tell them about their flaws! Instead of apologizing and attempting to improve the situation they get defensive and make excuses for everything! Gwen is extremely unprofessional and has shown very shady business practices. Elite Coffee service is not a company anyone should do business with!
