I would like to be the first to say that I would recommend Fernando 100% to anyone looking to purchase a home. He was ALWAYS available every day of the week, Yes even weekends. Fernando walked us through the whole process of purchasing our first home.
Our Story… to keep it short and sweet, my fiancé and I contact Fernando a year before we actually purchased a home. When we first contacted him he was quick to answer any questions we had and the most important thing was he was HONEST. He explained to us that at that time we were not in a positon to purchase a home (which we knew from the start) but he guided us and gave us some great advice on how we should go about to be in a comfortable position to buy.
A YEAR LATER… Almost exactly a year later we contacted Fernando and asked for a sit down to see where we were credit/​financially to see if we qualify to purchase a home and long behold we were approved. Fernando helped us get into a program to help with our down payment and again was available every time we contacted him.
So I’m happy to say I’ve been a Homeowner since November 2014.
