Floorcraft Inc

I was looking for something very specific for the stairs and upstairs flooring. I wanted cork flooring and Floorcraft was the only distributer I could find in my area who carried it. Mike, the owner, was very helpful and patient in showing me all the samples and accessories. He normally deals with industry people (builders, interior designers), not the general public, but he made me feel welcome and answered all my questions.
The only hiccup during the whole process was that part of my order, the bullnosing didn’t come in on time from one of the manufacturers (not Floorcraft’s fault at all). When I requested that the order be refunded he didn’t hesitate to correct the situation and refunded my money for that item immediately. Things rarely go smoothly when you do home renovations, but Mike took care of it for me. He also offered to store the rest of my flooring in his warehouse for free since our remodeling had become delayed. It was in his warehouse for months! But he was very gracious about it. That’s customer service — no big box store will do that for you. I thought he was very responsive whenever I had a question and the prices were fair. Would definitely use Floorcraft again for any future flooring needs.
Oh and we love our very cool cork floors :)
