LOSERS! NEVER SHOWED UP and NEVER CALLED to tell me they weren’t coming even though confirmed with this guy the evening before… WASTED MY DAY… No phone call from Jose and did not pick up phone when I called to see why «late/​no show»; EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE.
Another call to Andre (nice person) who coordinates with the technicians; I was told someone to come out late that day guaranteed; that person came alone & took the appliance completely apart inside my home… took hours & very very dirty job. stained my carpeting. The working parts are worth quite a bit of money for them when sold to repair similar appliances. May be worth it to advertise free or low priced appliance available that needs repair available on site like Craig’s List instead of dealing with these undependable flakey workers.

Don’t waste your time with these guys. I had scheduled a pickup with them, and they gave me a 2 hour window. They told me they would contact me 20 minutes prior to confirm. I stayed home that day from work. I called and texted them 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
They never called me back. They never answered my texts. A simple reply of «I’m sorry we have to cancel, and can we please reschedule» would’ve worked. However, they just ignored my calls and texts.
The worst part of it is that he told me not to leave it on the sidewalk or anywhere else where someone else could pick it up because they were going to come take it. A waste of a day and a day off of work for nothing. Good thing the services are free.

They were fast, prompt and very friendly. They hauled away a refrigerator that has been collecting dust in my garage for almost 10 years. I will definitely call again for future items.

I called for a pickup and it was scheduled for the next day. Although they were quick in scheduling a pickup, they were not prompt on the day of. I was waiting for them to pick up at 11 am, but they did not show. At 11:40 and two different phone numbers later I got a hold of someone. That individual stated it may take him 20 – 25 minutes, but it took another hour before he got to my place.
Overall, it was quick and FREE. But I spent over 2 hours sitting around waiting for a pickup.
