Frontline Heating & Air

Back in March, during the hot weather my A/​C stopped working :(
A friend recommended a friend of his who could come right over at 8 in the evening & i was assured he would have my A/​C running in no time… fast forward 3 hot days & this «friend» was still working on the A/C.finally he got it running & then ran out as fast as he could while i was at work so he never showed me his work.
Anyhow, i was just thrilled that i had air and could get some decent sleep after being miserable for days.
The problem came up when one evening not long ago, it was a bit chilly so i went to turn on my heat. big shocker, the heat didn’t work. I called the previous A/​C EX-​friend & he took one of my calls & he never answered my calls again nor ever came out to my house again as he of course promised to do.
Thank goodness that Frank of Frontline has long been my neighbor-​and OF COURSE i should have went with my first thought & called him when my A/​C went out. But hey, i was taking advice from a long time friend and hindsight is ²⁰⁄₂₀ right?
Today, Brian came out & was so nice & pleasant. He got right to the issue-​the prior loser had mixed up a bunch of wires in the furnace… probably like they were mixed up in his head! Lol.
Anyways, Brian had the issue resolved in no time & gave me some advice-​and the specs for getting a new furnace filter & set my thermostat. Now i just heard the lovely sound of my heat turning on :)
And as if that wasn’t great enough, the price was MORE than fair.
Thank you so much Brian! I can now take the extra 2 throw blankets off my couch… one is plenty!
Now next time, i will listen to my first instinct & call Frontline if any heat-​A/​C issues come up in the future. What a relief to have a knowledgable professional fix a problem quickly & honestly.
DON’T do what i did & mess around with someone else… call Frontline & save yourself time, comfort & know that your job is being done RIGHT!

I had met with 3 other HVAC contractors and felt with each that they were only concerned about the sale. Frank, on the other hand, took the time to consider and present options, was «Johnny on the spot» responsive and flexible. He was easy to reach, and when he and Brian came to install, they were on time, and the most efficient, professional, happy, customer service oriented workers I have ever encountered in the many services I have utilized over the years. Frank is a retired Marine so you can expect him to be on-​time and direct. He doesn’t try to upsell or mess around and he’s a no nonsense kind’ve guy. He does good, clean work for a decent price. He generally works in the Irvine/​Lake Forest area and mostly by referral.

I had called 3 different HVAC guys to check things when my AC stopped cooling the house. When Frank and Hans showed up they were the only ones not trying to up-​sell me. Frank put in a high efficiency York system in three days for less than any of his competitors. These guys were way friendly, clean, and efficient. I’d totally recommend them to a friend.
