I RARELY will ever say things like this… but I rather shop at WALMART then ever spend another dollar at GameStop. That’s saying A LOT because I freaking hate WALMART…

They need to change their times on the website and here cause we wasted our time driving all the way there. They suddenly change their times?!! It was 8 last weekend, be courteous to your customers!

Came here looking for a refurbished iPod. They didn’t have it but the gentleman we spoke to gave us information that the other 5 stores we went to did not. Friendly and helpful. I will recommend this store to others.

I am surprised this location has so many mediocre reviews. I came here after having a bad experience at my local Game Stop which I used to think was 5 stars until I tried to purchase a new 3DS and ran into issues transferring data. That is for another review though. I found this store to be well stocked with items my store didn’t have or never carried. The staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended games for me and they cared about my gaming needs. I may have to drive further but this will be my go to spot for now.

Disappointed, went in hoping to buy an Xbox but they closed early. That’s very poor management :/

I purchased a Nintendo 3ds the other day and I asked the cashier about the system and how it’s different, long story short I found out the hard way that the charging cord is not included. That would of been a useful bit of information. Absolutely ridiculous.

Okay, my shopping experience was fine but you guys need to evaluate when you push your memberships. There’s a line out the door and your salesperson is pushing memberships on every person. If they decline, he then pushes the«normal» bonus points card. Really? I do love your store and the employees are very nice but let’s practice a little more common sense. I politely declined both offers and he still kept trying to push me on it. Then, spent 3 – 4 minutes telling me about trade-ins. At one point I looked over my shoulder to remind him of the line behind me. Didn’t phase him one bit.

I called ahead of time for information, and though it took a while to get an answer, the woman was very easy to talk to and she helped me with what I needed. The facility was clean, comfortable, not cramped, and in a great shopping area. Overall, the customer service was the best part– the guy at the counter actually made my day!

This location is smaller in square footage and possesses no «sample a full game» displays unlike some other branches in the area and some North California branches. It is also devoid of a physical PC software section(since the pricing of a PC game at Gamestop can vary anywhere from $ 0.01 to list price) and has as many, if not more, bargain bins than other branches, as well as shelves for lower-priced preowned games. It also has a lower ceiling than some branches. The majority of the selection of the used games appears to be(not 3) DS games and Xbox games and there is usually some kind of display special in the middle of the store. This particular Gamestop seems to be understaffed with only one associate handling transactions during the evening, so even if one is not attempting to make a purchase, it will take a while if others are ahead of oneself. The only reason I went in this time for was a promotional in-game Pokémon item. The associate gave me the code for the promotional item with no hassle, minimal small talk, and did not attempt to make a sales pitch. But the wait was too long since there were no other cashiers or associates. I probably should have just left a substitute plushie there to wait in my stead.
