Go Green E-waste Recyclers

This address is incorrect. There is nothing at this location. The correct address is 9272 Jeronimo Road, Irvine, CA 92 618. You have to drive to the back of the parking lot to find them. We didn’t have an appointment but they still took our old computer so that was nice. Just a hassle to find them.

Used their other location before, and this one was no different. Fast, reliable pickup. They accommodate to your time as well. Will continue to use for all my electronic recycling.

This week I found myself in a bind at work regarding ewaste. My company is moving tomorrow morning and the ewaste company I have used for years flaked on my pickup I had scheduled. In a panic yesterday I came on Unilocal and searched ewaste places in Irvine. I ended up emailing Go Green with the title «Urgent Pickup Needed». They responded very quickly and told me they would have someone out today between 10am and 1pm. PERFECT! I was so relieved. Normally, not a big deal and not urgent but the fact we are moving tomorrow, I had to have the items moved out today.
9am this morning, someone shows up to pick up our Ewaste. It was not Go Green, and about half way through, I decided I better call to make sure they sent these people. They hadnt. It turns out the company that blew me off and flaked all week, contracted out the pick up. At this point, there was nothing I could do… and the gentleman who I was speaking to at Go Green was so understanding and friendly and nice, and let me know he would cancel the pickup.
He could have been frustrated, rude, so many other things — and he wasnt. And with the week I have had, I really appreciated that.
Going forward, when I have ewaste needs, I will be using Go Green because I truly appreciate the way they handled everything and the misunderstanding that happened.
I will come back and review once I have had a chance to use them in the future, because I definitely will.

I needed someone to come out same day to pick up some old electronics and they were able to come up! I mean it’s free and they were able to pick up on such short notice. Nina who picked up was very friendly! Highly recommend. =)
