I am about to close escrow selling my house in Diamond Bar, the escrow office Mike have been superb, following up; constant updates; professional, courteous & very friendly. What can I say I got extremely lucky that I chose this company. Omar was the gentleman that helped me along this whole process and I am literally left speechless. Not only was this whole process very easy but very fluid. Omar offered the lowest price vs 5 other companies I called. Not only that he was able to get me money back from my closing nothing of which my bank bothered to mention. He helped me through the process better than my own bank, something he did not have to do. I even created an account on Unilocal just to let people know of my experience. A big thank you to Omar once again.

Manny helped with the process of keeping me informed and status of my loan documents, set up a late same day notary when the documents arrived and insured my file closed on the date promised. Great company that is also very knowledgable!

My parents were in the market to refinance one of their properties and I was referred to iClose from the mortgage broker I was working with. My parents were extremely happy with the IClose staff as they were extremely helpful and their patience really helped (as my parents are older and filled with questions/​doubts). They sent a very knowledgable notary very early on a Sunday to help with the signing. Throughout the signing we called Mike on his cell phone and he was there to answer all the questions my parents had. We’re extremely satisfied with iClose, and definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to refinance or purchase their home!
