Purchase a motorcycle battery with a 2 years free replacement. After one year battery is dead. I email then to let them know that the battery is dead. My motorcycle is stock no after market lights (LEDs or HID). They are making me jumps through hoops to get a replacement. Charging the battery and then taking measurement with a multimeter over the next 12 hrs then 24 hrs. Battery is dead clear and simple. All I wanted to do was ship the bad battery back to them and a get a good one. I know if I had purchased a battery at a store instead of online I would of have a replacement already. lesson learned only get a battery from a retailer who stands behind the products they sell
