I can’t thank Erik enough for his professionalism and attentiveness to our case. We are a small accounting firm in Rancho Cucamonga and our hard drive crashed on July 16, 2015.
Fearing that all of our data would be lost we started searching for data recovery centers in the area in order to avoid the lengthy process of having our drive shipped out of state to get worked on. We found Inter data recovery on Unilocal and called Erik on Monday July 20 to explain our situation. While he could not guarantee that our data would be recovered, he gave us all the confidence in the world that it would be possible to recover all of it.
We had an issue with the reader/​writer on our hard drive and apparently it had been damaged. They ordered an identical drive to use for parts to replace the damaged parts. Once the parts were received they got to work on it right away and on July 27 we had 100% of our data recovered and our business back up and running.
We will never forget to back up our data again, and Erik really saved our business. I highly recommend Inter Data Recovery to anyone who needs their data recovered.

Due to a Windows 7 Migration, my archived .pst files were unfortunately removed by our in-​house IT support services. OCDR were professional in their assessment and communicated frequently the progress during recovery. They never promised or guaranteed results which was expected but gave me confidence as they applied more recovery tools and resources to retrieve my data. I would highly recommend them to others in this situation. Ask for Erik!

I posted this same review on Google… my post production company has been using Erik for about the past year. We keep all our files digital and, like with any company, have server mishaps and laptop «accidents» every now and then. Our initial visit was to recover items from a failed Drobo. Erik was patient with my incessant questioning throughout every step. Interdata Recovery Services has been our trustworthy partner, making sure we do not lose important data, and always at a reasonable price. We remain a loyal customer.

Erik was great about providing consistent communication throughout the process. The job cost a little more than I had originally anticipated, but I respect that this was partially due to poor expectation management on my part. Final recovery of the files on my flash drive was perfect and content was delivered in a professional manner. I have an internal hard drive that I may be bringing to Erik next.

These guys saved my life… I was at a loss when I was told from my IT guys that my hard drive was dead. I had spilled soda on my laptop and thought it was going to be damaged beyond repair. First I took the hard drive to Best Buy and they couldn’t do anything but ship it to their data recovery center in Ohio and that the turnaround time would be 6 TO 8 WEEKS!!! I then started looking around for a local service and came across Inter data recovery. They were great over the phone, gave me a quote and walked me through their process which apparently is quite complex. I felt like they knew exactly what to do to preserve my data which was my main concern. I’d definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Highly recommend — solid, professional work, competitive pricing and superior customer service. When my personal external hard drive crashed I wasn’t too worried at first, I was sure my company’s IT guys would be able to recover my data no problem. However, after numerous attempts our IT guy shook his head and said «sorry, nothing we can do here, this is where things get expensive». He referred me to the data recovery company that they outsource to and gave me a referral number to use for a discount. Even with the discount, this company couldn’t compete Interdata Data Recovery’s prices. Regarding quality of work, the drive proved difficult to repair, but Interdata persevered to recover ALL of my data. The project ended up costing more than originally estimated due to the need for additional parts, but Interdata ate the cost to honor their original price quote. Throughout the whole process Interdata kept me updated with their progress and any issues they were encountering, and were extremely responsive to my inquires.
