If I could leave 0 stars I would, this company has the complete worst customer service I’ve experienced my entire life. When I walked in Zee came out and walked me back to his desk, he yelled at another worker. When I sat down with him and explained what I wanted he was just very rude, in our meeting he got on the phone and was yelling at whoever he was talking to. I left and sent him an email about how bad of a experience I received, instead of an apology he wrote back to me a nasty comment and threaten to leave a bad review on my company. I came to this guy for a service, if you believe in great customer service then stay very far away from this company !

Zee did a good printing job for me, items all looked good and helped with getting the items formatted correctly for print. I got two stand up banners and a table cloth all with company logo and all of them looked great. They also shipped to the event location which was a bit fiddly, took some explaining and co-​ordination to figure that out, I should have just gone to fedex or UPS myself, but it was nice of them to try and help out. I will use again in future as I prefer to speak to someone before I get bigger items printed.

This company provides fast turnarounds and great customer service. Ask to speak to Zee, he will let you know what your companies needs are and the best value to maximize your money.

This place has a very quick turn around time and See is awesome. I had a huge poster that had to be ready by the morning of the next day, and they were the only printing service that could complete it by the due date. I would highly recommend them for all of your printing needs.

Have been using Irvine Printing for a little over a year. If you are looking for a printer that can do it all… THIS IS IT. Great customer services and the quality of work is Excellent ! The staff is helpful and will take the time to make sure that all your questions are answered.

Great printing shop overall– zee is very accommodating and offers really cool prints on large sized posters, signs, vehicle wraps, or other neat media. The graphic design portion however is lacking, thus the 4 stars, better to hire a graphic design company and print there instead

They were amazing! I needed a rush binding only job and they did it very fast same day. I will definitely use them again. Vishal was really helpful!

I’ve been using Irvine Printing for years now. Initially, I sought their services to print a run of brochures. I called several print shops and their pricing was the most competitive. From that point forward, I have used them for an array of projects (postcards, greeting cards, table-​top banners, outdoor banners, large exhibits, etc.). Zee is direct so he is not one to over-​promise or oversell; he will provide you with accurate production time quotes and will provide suggestions when money can be saved. He has also extended assistance from his staff to help with formatting and instruction on Adobe programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop– this help is invaluable. I love Irvine Printing and highly recommend them!

So I needed a custom canopy asap. These guys helped me get this project done on time. The canopy and flags came out amazing. We are very happy how it came out. We have a few other events coming up and we are looking forward to using them again. The canopy itself is made of good quality.

Fast. Quality. Fair.
I have used them for years now and know that they do their best to get my jobs done on time. If I need it same day they let me know up front if they can’t do it. Zee is good to point out where you can save some money or if your job is not formatted right. He’s a «live wire» — and has been great with me and my employees. We’ve used him for business cards to display exhibits and banners. good mix of print services… and also has graphic design as well.
Here’s a tip– the higher the quantity on a print run the better the price gets. I have gotten discounts after i went above 2500pcs on any print run. just sayin’. so keep that in mind.

I’ve been using Irvine Printing for all of my printing and tradeshow needs for about a year now, and they have always had a quick turn-​around time and friendly customer service. I’ve always been able to make a quick phone call to verify my orders or make any changes if necessary. Vishal usually works at the front, and is very pleasant to work with. Zee is the owner, and he always takes good care of us, and ensures that his team gets the job done right. I highly recommend that you use their printing service. I have mixed feelings about this place.
The owner is relatively friendly and talkative to the customers, but sometimes he’ll switch it up and start yelling and cursing at his employees. It sounds really nasty and I feel out of place. Sometimes I’m worried that he’ll get impatient with me (customer).
But he is patient with his customers. He has taught me some formatting issues for printing off of indesign. He was probably patient because 1) im a customer 2) Im still learning the program — a student.
But I have had to wait for hours for my print job to be finished. Guess you can say they dont always get things done on time. Maybe they dont have enough staff supporting him especially with the new print shop they opened up in Garden Grove. So in that sense, service is not always great. But the print quality turned out great!
Like I said, mixed feelings.

I have ordered from this company before like 3 years ago and their work was impressive. I was keen on working with them again on a new project; however, the owner, Zee, needs a lesson on good customer service and manners. Let me just say that the phone call ended up with me hanging up on the man and taking my business elsewhere.

We have used Irvine Printing twice now and could not be more pleased with the outcome. We are notorious for our last minute printing requests and not only was Zee able to accommodate both times within a matter of a few hours but it was actually the best pricing I have found. I would highly recommend.

I don’t actually go there anymore. They had been alright till they messed up a pretty important display job for us for a trade show. I have to stress that up until that point they’d been pretty good. It’s just that we had ordered and shown them samples of the display we had and was told that could be done. In the end the project kept getting delayed and by the time we received the banner, the dimensions were too tight for the frame. It collapsed when we sent it to the show. My point is, if they couldn’t do it, they could have told us earlier so we could use other suppliers. The fiasco didn’t make my boss too happy and as a result I can’t even farm out print jobs to them anymore, which they were doing a fine job. Too bad.

Never had an issue with these guys that we weren’t able to work through. Just follow the instructions on the site and you should be good to go.

I had an atlas (map book) that I needed spiral binding for. After a number of phone calls I found Irvine Printers and they were willing to do the job. Zee is the manager there and couldn’t be a nicer person and very helpful. I saw another client come in to pick up her job that was done and Zee even offered to redo it in a manner that suited her needs more than what she had originally ordered. Now that’s a step above and beyond normal service!
Matt is the one that put the binding on my atlas and this is a very large book measuring 15×11 inches with the spiral on the 15′ side. They had put it fairly close to the edge but I realize that they were doing the best they could.
Bottom line, I would do business with these people again. They try hard to do what a customer wants — what more could a person ask for!

I like using small printing companies like this because they truly care about you and serving you. Our company (KPC Products) had our show booth done here and was extremely satisfied here.
So, when we decided to print some marketing materials, we decided to give give them a shot at it. We called FedEx, which was a pain in the a*s. There was only one problem, we asked them to print our personalized letters in color, but when we open the box it was black & white. However, when we called them, they apologized and say they are will reprint the letters now and have it ready by tomorrow. So, we’ll see if they’ll have it ready by tomorrow morning~
I’ll keep you all posted if they’ll meet the deadline tomorrow ^^

I go to this printer because they are local and have a lot of print offerings.
James is the younger guy who manages the orders and the front office. He is pretty friendly and helpful.
I’ve had to print some business cards at this location for one of my companies I consult for and they are pretty good at delivering quality products on the time frame that they promise.
Be aware that they are priced a little on the higher end however and they don’t give any discounts (at least from my experience).
Oh yeah and they have a surcharge if you use AMEX. Boo.
For the above mentioned reasons, I give Irvine Printing a 3 star review.
