This is a great place to come get a free workout. You must be a current saddleback or IVC student and add a PE class under the fitness class to attend. You can choose between 24 or 48 required hours a semester to complete by the end of the term. I would suggest you start with 24– you can always do more. The corse is worth 0.5 or 1.0 credits depending on the minimum amount of hours you choose. Plan accordingly because towards the end of the semester the gym gets crowded!
