I needed a broken window sash cable replaced on a home in Irvine in Northwood on a short notice, and Jeremy got the job done in a timely manner, right around the Thanksgiving holiday season. He is easy to reach, responds timely, and communicates well. His fees are reasonable and he is reliable. Jeremy was quick to provide an estimate after I had texted him a page from the buyer’s inspection report, and he gave me the right expectations for the cost and time it would take the parts to arrive, and does what he says he will do. He is well mannered and respectful of my client’s property and the urgency of the repairs. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and makes the process easy. I am a local and very active broker-​associate in Irvine, and I appreciate having people like Jeremy be on my list of trusted vendors whom I can confidently refer to my clients and colleagues. We have 20+ year-​old windows and one of the rollers broke. Jeremy came out, diagnosed the problem, found spare parts, and came back and replaced both sides because of their age. Smart! He was fastidious and quick. I’ll call him for sure next time!

We needed a window balance replaced and Jeremy was awesome. We had other problems with the window that a different company wasn’t able to detect and Jeremy not only replaced the balance but diagnosed and fixed some other issues with it so that it is now working perfectly. Response and service was quick and we were impressed with his knowledge, skill and professionalism. Highly recommended!
