Do not book a jetsuite deal. After receiving two confirmation emails and a confirmation phone call, had the flight cancelled on me 14 hours before departure. Agent on the phone said this happens frequently and that I should have known the risks when I made the reservation.

Our family has flown a few times with
this company, and we have become a big fan of JetSuite. We have had a pleasant experience with everyone at the company, from the agents on the phone all the way to the pilots themselves. When was the last time a pilot made you a drink on the tarmac? Posed for pictures with the kids next to the plane? or made sure your kids favorite XM radio station was playing on the runway threshold before take off? Called ahead on the radio to make sure the rental was in position on the ramp (rather than just assuming)? These guys!

Great-​personalized service at a very reasonable price, the staff can be more than formal when need be though also great fun if you are that kind of passenger. I will definitely be using JetSuite repeatedly now that I am in the Orange County area quite a lot.

Flew from SNA to SFO. 5 star experience all the way. Pilots were extremely friendly, flight was easy breezy, and the plane is super comfortable. The booking process was very straightforward. Once you fly private you never want to fly anything else ever again!

I flew from Oakland to Van Nuys and the experience was fabulous. The jets seat 4 and are nice. I think I experienced the best customer service — but then again, flying by private jet, you should. The price was reasonable and I definitely plan to fly with them again. I definitely recommend Jet Suite.

My family and I flew from Los Angeles to Las Vegas l last week and was so impressed with the affordability and great service. They have gorgeous planes and great service. The planes fit up to four people and the interior was super luxe. They provided drinks and lots of snacks on board.
