These guys are great. I had a difficult mortgage requirement with a home in a trust, and I didn’t want the property value to be reassessed by the county when the the home came out. Roger and Nicole were always available for my difficult questions. They were also patient, which was a good thing in this case since it took almost a year to have this deal come together. Let me be clear, the delays were on my end. This is an ‘old values’ company. They do what they say they will do. They communicate, and there were no surprises along the way. They are knowledgeable, and nice. What more can you ask for?

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I was looking into buying my condo 2 years ago. I was really unhappy with the loan officer I was with so I asked the realtor if she recommended anyone. This is a small family owned and operated mortgage company. They are honest and they work hard for you unlike the large banks out there. We first tried to refinance our home with several of the larger banks and we were not treated very well. We were referred to Nicole who is part of Kent Mortgage and she was able to accomplish our refinance in less than three months and no one else was able to help us.
