I used this law firm for a loan modification. The first several times I called in, things went very smoothly. The paralegal in charge of loan mods was very thorough and patient in answering questions. She did recommend a short sale instead of a loan mod. However, she stated that she would do a loan mod if that is what I wanted. I went ahead and paid the loan mod fee and submitted all of the paperwork. The problem is that the follow up was lacking. I emailed and called several times and many times the reply was that the paralegal in charge of the loan mods (Sonja) was sick or would call me back. The attorney (Michael Naso) did not seem to know the details of the case so there was no success in getting an answer from him. More than a year after starting the loan mod process with them, I still have not received any follow up. The only reason why I am posting this review now is because I found a good law firm and remembered how much money and time I wasted with this law firm.

I first contacted Mike Naso upon referral from a friend to represent me in a potential litigation matter. He listened to everything patiently, was exceptionally honest, respectful, helpful, and non-​dismissive, all particularly rare traits not generally associated with the word ‘attorney’. He helped to settle my case and selflessly, sought the best outcome for me from the start. I agree with the other reviewer here, George M. Mike really does care about his clients. He was the only attorney out of the several I had contacted to genuinely comprehend the issues, be wise, experienced, and knowledgeable about everything pertaining to the matter. He offered me ways to save time and money through the process, and most importantly, thinking outside the box, he showed me how I could best protect myself and my assets; I’m grateful to him for the life saver.
