Lily made my first time home buying experience as pleasant as she could in December of 2011. In every step of the process she made the extra effort to ensure that I understood what I was getting into and what to expect. Lily is the best! We used her to find renters for our condo in Irvine and then again a few years later when we were ready to sell the property. She is extremely knowledgeable and was a great liason between us and our buyers realtor, who was difficult to work with at times. She really knows the Irvine market and was able to get 5 offers on our property with one open house.
