MyTechy went above and beyond when they were contracted to help with my family’s small business I.T. needs. We needed someone to upgrade our existing infrastructure; our computers were starting to show their age and were slowing down. I gave MyTechy a call and Matt answered, he asked us about what we needed and offered to come out to do a site survey. When Thomas and Matt arrived they carefully inspected everything we wanted to upgrade and gave us a quote. We then scheduled to start the work next week.
All of the work was completed over the weekend without interruption to our business. MyTechy upgraded all of our computers, wireless routers, and servers. They trained us on how to use the new equipment and even offered to help setup our cellphones on the new wireless network. Thomas and Matt genuinely cared about helping our small business. MyTechy is a great company and I highly recommend them.

I was little skeptical at first because I never heard of them before, but I decided to contact them anyway. They came out to do needs assessment and site survey, shortly after I received a quote that was well within my budget so I give them a greenlight to proceed. Thomas and Matt came out the following weekend to do work. They are both highly knowledgeable when coming to setting up computers, networks, and servers. They were able to answers my questions and gave me recommendation on what I needed. It was a pleasure working with MyTechy and I will definitely use them again in my future work.

I was in the process of creating a website for my newly started business venture. As most of you know, designing and building a website can be pretty frustrating! Being so new I couldn’t afford to splurge, but I knew a website is a big part of bringing in new business. I did a search on Craigslist (don’t judge me!) for someone who could do something at an affordable rate, and in the «nearby» search, I found an add from MyTechy. Living in San Diego, I figured it was a waste of energy to call a place in Orange County. Long story short, the guys didn’t seem phased by the distance and suggested a skype video chat to go over the details and we also did some screen sharing for some idea creating. We settled on a design and interface style, then the «mad scientists» went to work. My website turned out great and functioned better than I had anticipated! I will defintiley come back in the future when it’s time for some expanding. Thanks guys!
