we have been using Newport Signs, albeit not very frequently, since 2001, and all was well, until this round. difficult to explain, but ‘feels like’ if I did not want to buy new hardware they did not want to do business any longer, and when I called in to ask when I was going to get my quote, I was told ‘go somewhere else’…
which I am, and so far, for the record, I have found the folks over at fastsign (#127 on harbor blvd) very accommodating.
before posting this review I emailed what I think to be the ‘boss’ (Rachel) but received no reply. too bad when you think about it. being a small business is hard enough without actually chasing your customers away.
