O’Neil Cabinets

I’ve used their cabinets for two kitchens, a master bath, and many closets in recent years. The pros: they are a factory-​direct vendor, and a family owned small business, locally headquartered, and woman-​owned. I worked directly with their own design and installation teams, another great plus to have all these services in-​house in a one-​stop shop. They were the only vendor I found in the area with a significant inventory already available, while still customizable and accessorizable (e.g., glass doors, fancy molding, and glazing) at a reasonable cost, and with all needed staff (installer and designer) available in-​house. Supporting a small local business was also a reward in itself, for me. I would, however, like to see more natural wood stains (rustic, distressed wood options) carried in inventory and with sooner delivery times.

Where do i start… Good quality product, Excellent Customer Service and a Greatjob well done. I purchased my home and was looking to remodel my kitchen completely. My home was 1295 SQ FT and the kitchen wasnt too big at all so i needed someone who could help me with choosing the right product. Oneil Cabinets did just that. They tore out my old cabinets, Installed new cabinets. I also purchased and installed granite w/​them as well. My overall experience was great. From purchase to install. All of the staff was professional and courteous. Most important they did as they promised and i have to be frank about that. Thanks Beshell!

This company moved from Sunland LN, Costa Mesa to its present location.
These cabinets are made in China and are lower-​end quality with high prices.
Poorest customer service with no support!
Most items came in with missing parts, the owner refused to come herself or send anyone to my home to see for themselves, as they accused me and my contractors of losing the missing parts.
They expected me to take time away from my busy day to perform an extensive inventory of what I believed was missing.
In other words, I pay $$$$ and I do all their work for them as well!
Mis-​matched doors, door slides which still don’t work since our purchase in November of 2014, and still no support!
We were called «picky customers» by the owner Beshell.
They are a rip off.
Never again will I buy from these people. Look somewhere else because these people don’t know what they’re doing, and don’t care, and once you buy something from them, they will just walk away and you will never hear from them again.
This company doesn’t deserve a one (1) star rating!
