Today I went in looking for a type of product that would help me with some bruising from a recent surgery. Karina was extremely helpful not only informing me about the product, but demonstrated on me how well it worked! She also sent me home with helpful instructions on using the product. Very good customer service!

I just went in there after a long time just to waste some time. This awesome girl (Kali. Not sure about the spelling) sold me $ 100 of make-​up. Not only she knows what she is talking about but she is helpful. She knows her products and the ingredient of the products. I was soooo impressed. Good job planet beauty to hire someone like her.

I still give this place full 5 STARS! the customer service is always so wonderful! and the information i am able to learn from the staff is amazing (especially since i ask a lot of silly questions…) but getting them silly little things answers decides my purchase, immediately :)
Today I want to say awesome job to Chelsea and her customer service satisfaction skills.
The rest of my day was spent with Karina and Elizabeth.
Thank you so much, Karina for our little discussion and for helping me continue to shop, despite my all time favorites were out of stock… but it is okay cause I will just come back anyway :)

Elizabeth worked hard to help me find similar substitutes, compared ingredients lists and made me to go samplers for me to try the possible subs. the girls who work here really care about people and bout people.

I shopped at Planet Beauty for the first time today… I’ve been an Ulta customer for years, mainly because if convenience. But Ulta’s customer service is so poor and their online store is even worse (I was shipped an unsealed and used powder)!
This place seems to have it all– with competitive prices. Even better, the customer service is wonderful, and the employees are so sweet and helpful… especially Callie. I’m for sure going back. Goodbye Ulta!

Even manly men can find something they like at Planet Beauty.
I followed my wife in here a few months ago when she was looking for a hair iron. She was immediately helped and found one that she is very happy with. I wasn’t paying much attention to the shop at the time but it came to mind recently when I was in need of shampoo. All my usual drug store shampoos were drying my scalp so I figured this place, which had shelves full of specialized frou-​frou shampoos, must have something that would work better for me.
The second I walked in I was greeted by an effervescent supermodelish worker who asked if she could help me find anything. I told her what I was after and she immediately led me to a specific brand that she highly recommended because she used it herself. She was so sincere with her endorsement that I trusted her and bought it without looking further even though this was going to be the most I’d ever spent on a bottle of shampoo. I figured if she misled me I’d never be back and I’d be writing a one-​star review but if it was a great product she’d have a repeat customer.
It’ll come as no surprise if you looked at all those red stars that I will indeed be a repeat customer. Great personal service!
