The experience with this owner has been horrendous. It’s like talking to a wall when dealing with this person.
–The owner is unresponsive to any concerns regarding music rental issues. If you have questions, good luck getting him to return your inquiries. After he gets your money, you are stuck with his egotistic attitude and lack of help.
–He doesn’t sign his name on any contracts nor takes any responsibility.
–His customer service is nonexistent, his business hours seem random from day to day.
–He judges «wear and tear» on his musical equipment to his benefit.
–His claim that an instrument is damaged and unplayable is absurd when even his tutor staff says it can be fixed with a simple screwdriver.
–He will keep as much of any pre-​paid money as he can and not return any calls or emails. I’ve tried resolving this with him but he is just ignoring any attempts at communication.
–Still being charge rental fees for an instrument that’s been returned.
Save your time and money, get proper music services somewhere else.
