details. . QuesaDivas came to our apartment community on a Thursday night for dinner service. . We ordered the Ms. Piggy(pulled pork, bacon, ham, apple, etc.) & the Hulk(pork, avocado, chile verde, etc.) prOs. . The portion sizes were quite large. They certainly don’t skimp on the protein or cheese. . The quesadillas themselves were delicious; really flavorful & definitely not average. . The sauces that came with each quesadilla were very tasty. . The waffle fries that we got with our combo meal were super crispy & very well seasoned. cOns. . There were only two girls working the truck, so the service was a bit slow. . The price was a bit steep. They were definitely generous as I mentioned above, but I’m not sure I can justify paying $ 11/quesadilla more than once or twice.

Kinda disappointed I heard great things about them. I got the loaded fries and zucchini coins. It took at least 10 minutes to get and the fries I had some raw pieces and the coins I had some burn and all batter with a tiny tiny piece of zucchini. Not impressed

They were near my apartment complex tonight so I decided to give them a try. On tap tonight, they had their regular entrees along with a few special dishes. I think I tried what they called the«Hula,» I can’t remember exactly what was in it but I think it had canadian bacon, cheese and pineapple. The chunks of pineapple were huge! Like the large chunks out of a fruit can. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients in the quesadilla that I ordered. I think it ran me about $ 9. One of the specials they had was mini lumpias. I received 5 for $ 3. The price point for the lumpia was fair but definetly could have used more«filling.» The only thing that disappointed me was they were out of the pork items as I wanted to try one of their other quesadillas that had pork but obviously opted for the one I ordered instead. I also heard them say they had one order of «fries» left. In my opinion, seemed a little early to run out of certain things. I’m not a fan of having things listed on the«menu» but being out of those items. Thus, the 4 stars. The staff seemed nice. I would try them again.

We decided to try this truck out because it came to our Apartment Complex, but that was a mistake. We waited 30mins+ after ordering our food and there was only about 8 people ahead of us. Let’s just say I waited long enough to see the sunset. I guess no matter how good your food may be, organization, communication, and preparation still means more. So much for being a Food Network Food Truck Winner.

Hands down my favorite quesadillas. Really surprised at how filling these portions are. I really like their Philthy Rich(Philly cheese steak inside) and their Zucchini poppers. The staff is real friendly and do a great job. I’m always stoked to see them pull up by where I work every Wednesday.

Excellent! Saw them on Food Truck Wars and was quite happy to see them as part of The Lunch Spot at my office building. I had the Miss Piggy and she was quite delicious. They do a great job at bringing great flavors out from the rich flavors of the types of pork they use from pulled pork, to the crunch of the bacon and fried pork skin crumbs on top coupled with thin slices green apple and caramelized onions with a great sauce drizzled on top. Did I mention the oozing cheeses! My only complaint was they seemed a little pricy, but it’s REALLYGOOD so it made me feel better.

Delicious quesadillas. The menu is creative and the portion size is very satisfying. I had the Veggie Lux with Cajun Waffle Fries at a recent work event and it was everything I longed for in a quesadilla but never knew I wanted. Do yourself a favor and try the banana sriracha ketchup with your fries. As good as it gets!

Bomb. Com Seriously the best quesadilla I’ve ever had! Not only was it super yummy but it was filling as well! The customer service was fabulous, and you can tell they had passion for what they were doing. I tried the«q-bano» and the«Barbie» and I was in fat kid heaven! I can’t wait to hunt them down and try another kind lol

Wow! I tried this food truck at the Cal Poly Strawberry festival and needless to say, their quesadillas were fantastic. You totally get your money’s worth too. They have so much variety and they are packed with flavor. I had the Qbano and my husband had the Philthy Rich. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

I tried this truck a couple of weeks ago and I loved it. I tried the Ms. Piggy. To call it a quesadilla would be wrong because it is so much more. This concoction had ham, bacon, pulled pork, apple slices, gruyère cheese topped with fried pork skins. If it sounds like a gut bomb is because it is. My stomach was never happier.

Yummy stuff! First time here and sis had the q-bano, while I tried the hot mess. For being quesadillas, it’s really, really filling! You can even customize your order if you want something different than the menu. Did I also mention that the chefs are super awesome!!!
