Yes, they carry coconut water! The good stuff, too, with all the little bits of coconut in it.

The old minute king has been a great stopping point whether I needed a quick 6 pack, or the kids wanted ice cream. This place is clean and efficient, and it is simple to get in and out of here with minimal headaches. The beer prices are reasonable for a small mini-mart. You don’t see many of these in Irvine, but this one has been a fixture in Irvine for about 30 years.

Coconut juice! I went in here as my curiosity likes dictate my actions. Other than the fact of having coconut juice it’s a fairly basic store. Lotto, drinks, smokes, and call it a night.

I’m hopefully wrong on this one, but off the top of my head this is the only other liquor store/convenience store in Irvine besides the one 7 – 11 at Culver and Deerfield and a few gas stations. This one is run by an older Asian family, so I’d like to frequent it more just to help support small business. Their beer selection was surprisingly small despite their numerous neon beer signs hanging in the windows. I guess I was expecting this wall of beer that puts 7 – 11’s to shame. Instead I had to wind around to some small back area, cluttered with various cardboard cutouts of exotic women holding their beverage of choice(no complaints there). While 7 – 11 surpasses them in malt liquor selection, which is what I usually go to 7 – 11 for, this place carries a decent selection from Stone Brewery — which is what I usually buy from BevMo. All I picked up from here was an Arrogant Bastard and it ran me about $ 4.50, which is the same as BevMo. If I wasn’t 21 this may or may not be my liquor store of choice.
