I had the Korean Cheese Steak and the Pork Belly Sliders. Cheese Steak: I was drawn to this item initially because I am a huge fan of Philly Cheesesteaks and thought this would be an interesting take on a classic. Boy was I right to take a chance on this guy, it was absolutely delicious. The meat could have been hotter but it tasted fantastic so I overlooked the lack of heat. Sliders: I really liked how the different components of the dish tasted together. I could have done without the sour crème, but that is just my taste. I love sandwiches/burgers/hotdogs that use hawaiian rolls… I think its an INGENIOUS idea and I am always surprised when I taste the sweet bread with the flavorful meat. Haven’t seen this truck in the Food Fare line up in awhile, but it was good while it lasted!

I tried the ahi tuna roll at our farmer’s market. It was ok. For $ 6, I got 4 or 6 small slices. They do make it fresh so mine wasn’t sticking together. It’s ok. I couldn’t rush out again to try it or anything. Friendly staff.

So disappointed with the«hangover sald» it’s was warm, fruit was old and the orange«wedges» we’re dry. There is no actual flavor and well since when is a salad warm and soggy. Sad

Ate the food at the Las Vegas Foodie Fest at the Silverton Hotel. Tried the pork belly sliders and ahi spring rolls. I have to say, the sliders were the best thing I ate at the foodie fest. They were crispy, tasty, and the pork just melted in your mouth and the creamy richness blended very well with the guacamole. These guys really know how to put a good slider together. Ahi spring rolls, not bad, I wasn’t sure if they were trying to cook the ahi all the way through or sear it? The ahi was cooked white with a slight bit of pink in the middle so it had me a little confused. Overall, the combo with mango would have been better if the mango was ripe, but it’s vegas, not hawaii, so i’ll let it slide. Very nice guys running the truck, super friendly, and a super plus about this truck is that it accepts credit cards!

I ordered the Ahi Tuna Roll. It was $ 6, so I thought it would be big, but it was disappointingly small. I felt ripped off. Also, my food was pre-made and the flavor was unexceptional. I still look forward to trying their crab cake sliders when they bring them back, though.

Our apartment complex brings several food trucks for us to try and I must say Refresh Truck is one of my favorite!!! They have the most AMAZING pork belly(highly recommend it!!) and they use delicious sweet King’s Hawaiian bread for their sliders… mmmmmm…The Ahi spring rolls are to die for! I can never just have one! Please come to Park Viridian more often, you have a devoted fan ready to eat!(p.s. Thanks for the free taco! :)

Great service and wonderful food. My family tried a bunch of things from the Refresh truck all where wonderful. Sliders, Taco and Cheese Steak. The Cheese Steak is outstanding, the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had, and I have had a bunch. I’ll will be looking for this truck any time I get a chance to catch a bite.

Yum! Two beef tacos. Super juicy, spiced well and topped with cheese, sauce and some guacamole(I think? It was dark out) Will definitely try this truck again.

This was a great truck experience! My food was ready fast and boy was it fresh! I had the Crab Cake Sliders after watching someone walk in front of me with them. I was excited for the fresh mango salsa, it has the right amount of kick and sweetness. I really like the soft Hawaiin Bun — it brought the whole thing together perfectly! Keep doing what you are doing! It is teh awesome!

I was so overly satisfied with the service and quality of the food from this food truck. I ordered the pork belly sliders(which were my favorite!!), ahi spring rolls, and some of their delicious crab cakes. Everything was so well put together and 100% worth the $ I spent. They have many other items on the menu that I would still love to try. Not to mention the service, I waited in line for less than 1 min and got my gourmet food within 5! The lady at the front was very nice and helpful when I was ordering my food. Can’t wait to try the refresh truck again! A++

The Refresh Truck is one of my very favorite food trucks for a number of reasons. They have delicious varieties of sliders, fresh and healthy food options, a clean working enviroment, and always high quality product. Everything on the menu is great, seriously! I very much recommend this gourmet food truck. The combinations of ingrediants in their dishes compliment each other deliciously, thanks to Chef Jordan’s expertise in culinary fusion. The staff are health concious. and also very knowledgable of food preparation. This truck is LEGIT! :)

The Crab Cake Sliders are served on a Hawaiian roll and topped with mango salsa, Asian slaw, and orange crème anglais. The crab cakes are made with lump Blue Crab meat and it’s heavy on the meat, the way a crab cake should be. The crab mixture is seasoned just right to add to the sweetness of this delicate crab. They are grilled to perfection with a perfect brown crust on the outside. The mango salsa is explosive! I’ve never had a mango salsa that was this kicked up in flavor — bright, sweet, tangy, and a little kick of spice! Another explosion of flavors packed into a slider. Thumbs up, way up! The Tri-Tip Bruschetta is three mini open-faced thinly sliced tri-tip sandwiches topped with mushroom aioli, bruschetta, pickled red onion, and balsamic reduction. This is actually a recipe that Chef Jordan came up with during his tenure at The Wicked Garden and one of Aubrey’s favorites. The tri-tip is so tender and juicy. I’ve never had tri-tip served so elegantly before. Usually, it’s sliced thick and slathered with BBQ sauce at your local BBQ joint. But here, it is so delicate and delectable. The pickled red onions add a tangy zing. The balsamic reduction adds a deep, rich sweetness. The mushroom aioli is creamy and ties all of the elements together. Beautiful presentation! Thumbs up, way up!

Here I had the pork belly tacos and the tri-tip brushetta. The pork belly tacos were just spectacular. I’d get those again in a heartbeat. Very soft, tender and lots of guac, slaw and cojita cheese. I could down about a half dozen of them. The brushetta was just ok. The meat was marinated a bit much for me. The flavor overwhelmed the meat’s natural flavor. It just came off as ‘odd’ for me. Not terrible, but not terribly good, either. I think I will definitely keep this truck in my list and try the sliders next time. I also don’t understand the truck name. If I hadn’t looked them up online, I would have expected it to carry beverages or ice cream only. Even their tagline«A splash of Pacific rim» also leads one(because of the word«splash») to believe they specialize in beverages. Regardless, I will be back to try more ‘refreshing’ pork belly dishes, like mac and cheese.

I gotta say… this truck surprised me. I was expecting a truck filled with nothing but a variety of soda pops and other drinks but this place had some food as well! Not only did it have food… but it was GOOODFOOD. The owner recommended the pork belly sliders and man it was something else. From what he was telling me… he slowly bastes the pork belly on a rotisserie and drenches it in its own fat(mmmhmm) and then he adds the good stuff in. I was expecting pork belly like the kinds you get at AYCE Korean BBQ but this pork was finely shredded and was bursting with flavor. it was topped off with some light coleslaw(as light as coleslaw gets) and had bits of pineapple in it. $ 8 well worth the try. This review is only for the prosciutto grilled cheese. I tried this truck on 9÷6÷11 after some hesitation. I have to say i was quite disappointed by this truck. I’m almost positive the sandwich was on two slices of white bread from costco, which is a much more dense bread than any other bread i’ve tried. it does NOT make for a good grilled cheese like sourdough or rustic italian bread which is much lighter and airy. Also, processed American cheese is not a nice accompaniment to prosciutto which there were only a few meager shreds of. i don’t mind paying for quality food, but i definitely do not like paying $ 7 for costco bread, fake cheese and a few shreds of prosciutto.

4.5STARS AMAZING! Checked these guys out at Los Alamitos last night. When you first see a truck you judge it by the wrap and that intially motivates you to approach it before other trucks. Im glad I didn’t do that this time! Ive eaten off a couple dozen trucks and, man did i find my new favorite truck! I decided to try it because of the menu, it stood out from the other trucks that were there. The food is of great quality, you can taste that each added ingredient is fresh. The guys working were super nice and funny to chop it up with. Between my 2friends and I we shared the Pork Belly tacos, Crab Cake Sliders, and the Korean Cheese Steak and the Melon Gazpacho as a desert Lemme break it down meow… Pork Belly tacos– 4 Hour braised pork belly… soOo muchhh freakin flavor! some slaw, alittle home madeguac, sourcream sauce and alittle cojita cheese all on a warm corn tortilla!
