REM Sleep Labs

Amazing techs and overall great experience. Maggie the internal manager, whom I had to speak to after scheduling to request accommodations for a male tech, was very professional. She was able to accommodate all my requests. I was set up promptly batter arriving at the lab. The facilities, room, shower etc. was all clean & comfortable mattresses.
I considered it a very modern and hotel room like lab and spacious rooms. Truly a great experience. I was dreading it since my first experience was terrible at another local OC lab. But this was wonderful and I feel great after they also took care of not only all my insurance questions and any out of pocket costs I asked about and set me up with a wonderful company who set me up with my cpap machine one my home and regularly follows up on my satisfaction and compliancy.
Any equipment I have needed I calm and it is taken care of for me. I am so thankful to my dr to recommending to such a great place. I feel amazing now that I have my new machine and have been getting the best sleep of my life. I will be having another cpap test to heck for pressure in 6 months. I would highly recommend this sleep lab to anyone in need.

Maggie the «manager» has a poor attitude when addressing any kind of issue in a professional mannerism whether it be internal/​external. I seriously don’t understand how someone could stay employed so long with a company and mistreat people the way she does. If people are looking into having a sleep study done, I wouldn’t reccomend this place. By the way, the person lisa responding to this review isn’t even the owner. This company is owned by two guys named Farshad and Samer. I could really give the lowdown on how they fanagle their way into having customers pay the higher deduction so they can profit more, but we won’t get into that. Or how Maggie repeats the customer’s personal business out loud to everyone in the scheduling room, or lies to a customer just to gain business. This place is a joke really internally and externally.
