Sorry — I forgot to come back and update my review. Remember when I said I couldn’t condemn them — I changed my mind.

Very very disappointed. Read my post on LDI Irvine. never even got to talk to a nurse or a doctor. my free consultation was with a used car salesman trying to get me to sign up without ever even knowing what I was getting.

I would NEVER suggest anyone to go to this man or office. I paid $ 8500, he went too deep on my cheek and 8 years later I still have a DEEP scar. Remember if you ask questions when reading the contract that they ask you to sign and the office responds with a «Don’t worry that never happens!» You should stay away! There is always a risk with lasers! Please let my misfortune be a lesson for everyone. The sale pitch is the same for everyone, when I read reviews, I had the same experience. Free consultation should also be a warning!!!
My face will never be the same again, I have lived with this for 8 years now and I am super self-​conscience about the scar! I wish that I would have known that this type of thing could happen with lasers! I did ask questions as I read the contract!!! I would really suggest that if you’re are looking to have procedure on your face, go to a plastic surgeon! If anyone has any questions, I will have no problem sending you a photo of the scar that I have on my face from going here!

I just finished my 3^rd treatment, and I am so pleased. With each treatment, results are more noticeable, and recovery time quicker.
Nicki administered my last treatment, and was wonderful: thorough, patient, sweet. Jessica has always been sweet and helpful.
Since my husband is in the medical field, I am always aware of how other offices are run, especially when it comes to appointment/​wait times. I have been seen on time for every appointment, which I so appreciate.
So my experience, and results, have earned Dr. Rispler and his team 5 Unilocal Stars, and sincere gratitude and resounding endorsement from me!
I will definitely return for treatment if needed in the future.

Came in for my maintenance treatment, Dr. Rispler has improves my acne breakouts so much. I started coming about a year ago and since starting treatments I haven’t had any more breakouts, my scars are barely noticeable, this has been the first summer in a long time that I felt I didn’t have to hide behind makeup to enjoy myself by the pool or at the beach. I feel better about my skin.

NEVER EVER GO THERE! I lost $ 10,000!!! Against ACNE and it didn’t work out at all!!! As others also have written in here, that guy cares just about the money! If you have concerns, questions that you want to speak about or look at it, go elsewhere! That doctor doesn’t care about your problem in the slightest, he doesn’t want to get to know why you are there, he doesn’t want to help You! What he wants is your money! He in general does not answer you any Question! He is just there for a few seconds, looks barely at you, writes something down, looks weird around and leaves the room! He charges you horrendous for every single appointment, medication or whatever you need! And if it doesn’t help you/​work out, he gets angry and lets the nurses tell you that you need to be patient and wait for years till it shows a difference! Of cooooouuuurse!!! And you will look RED, SICK in your face and you will have skin irritations for days when not weeks!
Not to mention, you pay an insanity just for the parking to go there! Finally for having a doctor with NO GUARANTEE to success whatsoever! A doctor who steels all of your money and let’s the nurses do the bad work is what will expect you! The biggest RIP-​OFF ever! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Not five stars yet, as I’m not finished with my treatment. But so far, so great!
I think a lot of people don’t understand that while lasers are the answer for many, it’s not a perfect science. And that’s true for all forms of medical treatment: what works for many won’t work for all. For instance, I’ve had several different treatments elsewhere, and in the process have learned that my skin doesn’t respond to IPL laser. I really liked that LDI has so many options. Most doctors have one, maybe two machines.
I think, too, that many don’t realize that laser treatment IS expensive. But seriously — do you want discounted laser!!! I don’t!
I can see how some people might feel pressured at the first visit, because they do move quickly, but so do I, so that wasn’t my experience. I went in knowing what I wanted, what worked for me in the past and what didn’t, with realistic expectations of the cost.
Theresa, the RN who took care of me was wonderful! Knowledgeable, sweet, patient. I have an appointment today, and can’t wait for continued results.
