My computer stopped working suddenly and he got me in to look at it right away! A lifesaver when you have a lot of homework to do. He was really nice even though it turned out to be a simple problem.

Friend’s laptop had the front casing dented. We went in to have it fixed and the guy was willing to do as much as he could to return the laptop to its original condition. Best part if it was, he didn’t charge us anything!

Found this service on the Internet. Very nice guy and service was great. Called them to ask if I can provide my own replacement keyboard for my new laptop and he gave me a price. I told him I could get it cheaper on eBay and he was more than gracious to advise me to buy it and bring the replacement to him.
It could have been very easy for him to fix my laptop but to give it to a professional and just have them take care of it was worth it. He was very reasonably priced welcomed me into his home and provided great service.
I will definitely give him my future business and also referred to services to friends and family.

I had some issues with my cursor movement and some graphics issue. I was able to meet with him and talk about the issue and he found the solution then and there on the same day. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Great service, friendly, and fast! Before going to RunnerBoys I called other computer repair shops and they wouldn’t even look at it until the end of the day or next day. I went to RunnerBoys and it was looked at right when I got there!

Good work, fair price

My boyfriend’s computer screen cracked on Saturday and he needs it for school (Computer Engineering major). We checked Unilocal and came across RunnerBoys because we needed a computer repair shop that was open on Sundays. The office is located in his home, right across from the park!
His computer is a special gaming computer (MSI GT60) but Eldad had the computer screen in stock and was able to repair the computer and return it in approximately 15 – 20 minutes! If he didn’t have the part, he said the computer would be ready by the next day (still super quick!).
Overall, fast repair, super helpful and friendly service, and reasonable pricing!

Long story short, I was playing a game at night for a while and didn’t notice my laptop heating up until the screen went black. I did the normal waiting until it cooled before trying to start it but nada. No lights, no sounds, nothing. Same status in the morning.
I didn’t want to take it apart as most of my google searches advised so I did a Unilocal search to find help and decided on runnerboys based on the reviews and wow, I was not disappointed. My boyfriend called in and talked to Michael who told us to bring the laptop for him to look at. He had a few simple questions and told us a couple of things that might have happened and then fixed it just like that all the while explaining what he was doing. We were done in almost 5 minutes on the same day we called — I’m still amazed. The best part was that Michal was incredibly friendly and easy to get into contact with.
Highly highly recommend if this wasn’t already clear enough!

Eldad and his crew are amazing! I took my gaming computer to them because of some random crashes I was getting. They went above and beyond and easily spent countless hours trying to figure out the problem. When I picked up my PC and the problem happened again they took it back no problem to continue to look into the issues. Great service and great communication. You are always updated on the status of your laptop and Eldad is easy to get a hold of. Not only is my laptop fixed (there was something stuck inside) but after a tune up it is now running faster. I highly recomend RunnerBoys

There are many reasons people choose to do business with one company versus the rest. But sometimes it is the things of lesser importance that keep one loyal to one company without considering trying out another. There are many positives in doing business with Eldad and Runner Boys.
Some of those include: (a) reliability (b) guarantee of getting it right © dedicated to his business (d) flexibility (e) reasonable etc.
But one of the «little things» is that in sales we often choose to do business with people we like. And Eldad is a genuine person who clearly gets that «service» goes beyond simply fixing your machine in a timely fashion.
You can tell he loves what he does in being able to provide a valuable service to those «less technically inclined» than himself (and in some cases «MUCH» less technically inclined). :)

4. Location is an office apartment which for me means they are ²⁴⁄₇ and flexible with hours and work, and that they have more time to get things done quickly.

I saw the Unilocal reviews and brought my laptop to him as the screen hardly displays anything… was really dark. I also had a duplicate laptop which I brought him so he could use any parts needed. So I am also an IT person, but don’t do electrical stuff. As I pulled up to his place, I realized that he works out of his home. So I knock and his reception lady opens the door, (he is not home), she takes down my info about my issue and gives me a ticket #.
The next day, I call him and he tells me what is wrong and that he can use parts from my duplicate laptop. He texts me a few hours later telling me he’s done and I can pickup. So I swing by about 630pm and he shows me what was wrong, how he fixed it and that it works. It came to about $ 85, he said I saved $ 90 by using the parts from my old laptop, but the best thing is that is Unilocal check in discount is -$ 20…so it only cost me $ 65 to have my screen replaced. He’s a really cool guy, he is about to open a store in Irvine, and I defiantly trust him with my stuff. I think he is cheaper than big repair stores and less hassle. Give him a try, much better than best buy or some shady pc store!
