This is a great office for all your insurance needs! I went to them about a year ago for renters insurance. Darla helped me out quickly & prompt! She explained every bit of information and answered all my questions. Now, I am buying my first home and of course went to them for my home owners insurance. They offer very affordable rates. I’ve been a customer of Scott’s for maybe 6 years now. He & his awesome staff have assisted my husband and I with 2 accident claims, buying and selling 2 cars, going from renters to homeowners, and setting up life insurance policies. They are responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. I have rarely worked with a company who I have been 100% satisfied with, but Scott & his staff consistently exceed my expectations.

I contacted Scott about a business insurance coverage I needed asap. It was on a Saturday so I didn’t expect a reply ’til Monday. He got back to me in within minuites! Although I was not able to get coverage through his carrier, I thought I should write a little something about how helpful he was. I have been with this office since the early 90’s (with the exception of a 6 year run in Florida). Cindy has always helped me and she is amazing as is the rest of the office. Incredibly personalized service — she called my Dad to see how he was feeling weeks after he had an accident with my car (about 12 years ago). Can’t say how great they are. Not all agents are the same — they will show you how true this is.

My family has been with Rich and Scott Stevens for at least as long as I have been driving (1994). They have always treated us fairly. State Farm insurance as a whole is worth the extra money. I have been involved in my fair share of claims and have always had a good result.
The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they wouldn’t give me a declared value policy on one of my vehicles. A friend of mine who is with State Farm (but through another agent) has no problem getting declared value policies on his vehicles.
Other than that, this office is great. I have auto and property insurance through them. They also helped me finance my most recent auto purchase at very competitive rates.

6 months later and we are still completely happy with the service we get from this office. Really, a gem of an insurance agent.
