I bought paint from this place a few months back and had a great experience.
The salesperson who worked with me was very polite, and helped me with everything I needed. He sold me a quality product and explained everything extremely well.
Next time I need any kind of paint products, I’m coming back here!

Our new place is all kinds of adorable. The living room is yellow, the dining room — a deep red, the bathroom — lime green and the kitchen is a rather nice French blue. However, the bedrooms were… how shall I put this…
They were boring. They were lacking in wall-​related pigment. They sucked.
So we trekked over to Sherwin-​Williams, armed with our friend’s discount, and bought all sorts of pretty colors from the exceedingly helpful guy who worked there and mixed our stuff for us and told us how to save a few bucks on rollers and tape and so on. And soon… when our lazy asses get around to it, our place will be EXTRA pretty. It’s going to kick ass!

Slow service, been waiting here in line for over 15 minutes no one came by to acknowledge me or the other guy waiting behind me. Cashier continued to work slowly for the person in front of us. The least she could do is say I’ll be right with you, instead of ignoring us. To her credit she was eventually was friendly, but this place needs more workers and not be so backed up.

I’m a paint dummy.
Recently, I became a first-​time homeowner, and my husband and I plan on repainting our condo ourselves. Hubby was at work and sent me to Sherwin-​Williams to pick out paint samples.
I walk in and obviously had no idea what I was doing. The guy working there was REALLY helpful and walked me through what I needed to do. He made suggestions without being pushy, and was informative without being condescending. Overall, they were so, so helpful! I walked away with three little canisters of paint samples, and a nice brush that I’ll be able to use again when we paint the living room. Also, he applied a coupon they had currently in store that gave me 30% off! Woohoo!
Also, extra bonus: Free coffee for customers in store

I have been a painter for 25 years and have been a painting contractor for two years. This is by far the best paint store I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! The store manager, Ian, is very knowledgeable about all of the Sherwin WIlliams products they offer and will take the time to discuss the best option and products for your project.
When I call an order in by phone, its ready by the time I get there (last min orders are filled almost immediately).
When I have concerns about certain products/​coverings, spec and data sheets are provided.
If your a painting contractor dealing with Dunn Edwards or Frazee, give this store a shot, my bet is that you will not be disappointed! Best painting contractor services I have experienced in Orange County!
