They’ve printed my work’s business cards and letterhead before so the quality is amazing. But unfortunately for them, I did find another printer to use for our basic collateral material at a much cheaper price and same great quality.

I will not use this printer for any future mailings. It seems more complicated than another printer I have used for our direct mail pieces. With a previous printer, postage is included with their service. With Smith Printing, it is not and wasn’t aware of this, most likely my fault for misunderstanding the quote I was given. They did give a big discount to be cheaper than the other printer BUT I hadn’t realized they didn’t include postage… so it came out the same price and more work for us.
Very nice people and great customer service. Their actual services aren’t what I would like to work with.
